I had a blown engine in my vehicle due to a presumed oil leak that was ignored by the person I loaned it to, the cost to repair was more than the vehicle was worth at every shop I checked, but I was referred to Star when I was pretty much at the point of giving up and junking the car.

I was admittedly skeptical with the price I was quoted for the work as it was more than affordable, I expected it to somehow balloon after my car was taken apart but I decided to chance it, They did in fact successfully replace the motor for the price they quoted me, and the vehicle is running great!

I will ABSOLUTELY be back for anything I need, and would recommend these guys highly as they were extremely affordable, met the price they quoted me with absolutely no surprises, and did a great job!

Seriously cannot say enough positive things, these guys were professional, friendly and competent!

Edit : I forgot they also noticed the first engine they were provided by the shop I purchased a salvage motor from was not very good, rather than simply install it knowing they could probably charge me to replace it when there were problems they called me, let me know and even communicated with the supplier that sold the motor to get a replacement sent out!

I took my 2005 Mercury Montego here. They work very fast and are very cheap! I will take my car here again if necessary.

(Update) Took my car in to get a check engine light checked out and the car also wasn't riding normal. I took it in and after a day from getting it back I still had the same issue. They told me I might need to take my car to an authorized dealer or bring it back in and be charged for additional fees. I didn't take my car back.

Renae and his guys did a great job fixing my steering column and did it at a very affordable price.  They also have a nice and big shop space to work in with 3 hoists.

Their great and fast!!!  Never had a problem.. They work with you I love them!!! They always have coffee and donuts!!
