Sorry Starbucks but this is the second time I order here and advise the cashiers that I have a free reward but still get charged. Please take time and listen to your customers. I had a whole conversation with the cashier regarding the reward due to me ordering Multiple items She advised me that  the reward would go to the highest item and. And she still charged me for the whole purchase through my app

Arrived at 10:13PM and the doors were locked. Although it is posted that this specific location does not close until 11pm. By the way the four staff members did not even bother to look up and acknowledge me standing there.

They gave me the wrong drink twice then they gave my drink to someone else then I had to wait another 20mins they wrote the wrong name but there like this is urs I'm like OK my names Lori not Janet like seriously and who puts cold milk in hot chocolate it was basically chocolate milk almost room temperature
