Is it like the absolute best coffee ever? No, but is it pretty good coffee with fun options and unicorn drinks? YES!  Plus convenient little snackies and mobile order so you can just walk in, pick up and be about your business.

One of the better Starbucks in Pittsburgh. The pick up counter runs like a symphony is never a back up!

The gentleman who made my coffee was super nice and helpful, however the lady who took my order gave me a nasty look when I was ordering my coffee, the preceded to lean on the counter and play on her phone. I stood there for a few minutes waiting for the brownie I ordered, the gentleman asked her to grab it for me, she then made a face like a bothered face because he asked her to do something and then carelessly tossed the brownie on the counter and walked away. I’m not usually one to write bad reviews but her customer service was terrible. I believe her name was Shae.

It’s a great spot, has good service and such. But it feels they’re almost always busy beyond their staffing capacity on Saturday mornings.

I always look forward to getting my coffee fix from my local Starbucks  The staff is always friendly and makes my day just a little bit brighter!
