Asked for a mango drangonfruit with extra lemonade but she gave it to me with water instead.

Gave me my coffee in a cracked cup so it started leaking out I said something she huffed and stacked it in another cup so it leaked into two cups. Made my order completely wrong. Last time I’ll tip before I get my order. I love Starbucks hate this store. First and last visit there. Extremely rude.

They get my order wrong a lot, and I don’t realize until I leave. They consistently forget to put flavoring into the cold brew specialty drinks, so you’re paying extra for what is, essentially, a cold brew with cream. Very irritating.

BEST Starbucks in Pittsburgh, P.A.  Excellent Customer Service, Genuine People Providing Genuine Services.  The Starbucks employees will even bring your drink to you as a courtesy if they are not swamped on the line or swamped at the cash register.  Location is usually very tidy, organized, well cleaned.  The local crowd is a very multicultural diverse crowd, some quiet, some very social. Both equally nice. College students from over 40 countries work, study, eat, tour, & live here in Pittsburgh, P.A. making our city a very stable, hard working city, living the american Dream the best we can.  Come Visit Us!

I've been going here for years, the baristas are friendly and efficient, the food/drinks are consistently great, and the atmosphere is perfect for studying. It doesn't hurt that parking is also convenient given its proximity to the Whole Foods parking lot!

Very disappointed my ice cold drink is completely melted I had to go all the way home to get a straw because I didn’t want to pay another dollar somewhere else for a straw after spending seven dollars on one drink with you this made me not want to ever come back to Starbucks something as simple as a straw

Went there for the lemon pound cake loaf delicious I ever tasted the staff was very polite the store was clean

I had 18 mins till my bus came and waited in line for 15 mins i had to leave there was still thw same ppl waitjn the line wasnt long there was 3 ppl in front of me worst place ever they need either another worker or get faster

Cozy place, lovely staff, and fast and accurate! service. Wonderful place to be. One of the more welcoming Starbucks around.

the staff is extremely kind and when their registers werent working one morning they handed out free coffee
