Ten minutes to closing..entire crew watches door as we contemplate going in for treats. The cashier is extremely rude and uses acidic tone of voice. She is literally stabbing her finger onto the monitor with her index finger ...annoyed. we were nothing but pleasant with may I have, etc. Horrible customer service. I am now seeing these reviews and understand why. It clearly needs to be intensive customer service training. Needless to say..we purchased nothing...thanked her and left. We're good.

Bit of an unpleasant experience. They used regular milk instead of almond milkthat you pay extra for! for my coffee. I am severely lactose intolerant. Please pay more attention to important dietary requests, I don't like feeling like my insides were liquiefied & getting incredibly sick because of mistakes like these. I don't think I will be returning.

I'm giving 5 stars bc the employees deserve praise. This Dunkin store has struggled since it's opening in 2019. I'm not surprised when I see middle-aged workers doing their best to stay afloat by taking a job at a fast food joint. Please treat your workers with respect and give them a raise; they deserve it.

I have gone to this location several times. They always have a very limited selection of donuts no matter what time you go. They are always out of almost all donuts. AND I tried their mango drink and it was terrific THE FIRSG TIME! Then after that it has been getting worse and worse. Today the manager rudely told my husband the mango drink is supposed to be made with banana, which makes no sense and if you know anything about mangoneadas then you know that is false. Today will be the last time I go there and buy any drinks. About a 1/4 of my frozen mango drink was whole ice cubes! I paid almost 6 dollars for a bunch of ice cubes! NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible customer service. Employees and managers openly roll their eyes to each other if you order a $7 milkshake. Also what in tarnation is this disgusting pink “meat”?

The women named Tara working at the counter was rude to my girlfriend and I. She proceeded to act like we were dumb because the kiosk wasn’t working. The screen was lit up as if it was so we walked up to it then she called us from across the restaurant and had an attitude the whole time we were placing our order. Food was fine but the service all but guaranteed that I will not be returning to this location and I will even recommend to my friends not to go to this dunkin. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfactory customer service. I’m embarrassed for you dunkin.

I’ve been going here since it’s opened and I can count on one hand how many times they’ve made the Caramel Craze Latte right. There is never caramel drizzle instead a buttload of cinnamon sugar.  I never say anything because they’re often busy and my anxiety.
