I’m in from out of town and came here two days in a row. The apple pie latte is so good. This place is really top notch. The coffee is wonderful and the staff is so welcoming. I enjoyed having a laugh here this morning. They’ve been here for 25 years so they know what’s up.

The kind of small, friendly independent coffee shop where the friendly baristas know their regular neighborhood customers well. The wifi is good. Be aware that the restrooms are downstairs -- though there's probably an elevator in the building for those who need it.

There are a bunch of coffee shops around that are within a 2 min walk, however i will walk the extra 15 mins to get Jitters. For starters the coffee is unbelievable and the amount of flavors they can do is crazy. The staff is so caring and personable, you can tell they love their job. If you dont know what to get just ask! I LOVE London fogs and he suggested i get it iced and ohhh myy is it good! Jitters is where we will get our coffee from for now on!

There are very few cafes to hang out after 4 pm. Here is one of them.  Nice staff, good coffee... By the way, I came from a country where all cafes are open in the evening until 10 : It makes me very sad that cafes here close early    I just wanted to pour out my heart.  Thanks.Food: 4/5

There are two main coffee shops in shadyside, and i like this one better. It is smaller, but feels more personal. The coffee is great, the baristas are great, and it is less hurried feeling...Food: 5/5

Very friendly barista. Gave us lots of info and joked with us while making the cappuccinos. Comfortable little coffee shop but not a huge amount of ambience.Food: 5/5

I was appalled to hear that my roommate was kicked out of the shop. The barista came up to her table, only to begin to touch her belongs and rudely say "either you can purchase something or leave." She was getting settled into her work and was going to purchase something. That is not the way to treat customers. On behalf of her, we will not be going back there anytime soon.

Oh. My. God. I walked in here this morning on a whim since I never drive to school and parked nearby and grabbed a hot !!! london fog and I swear on my life it was the best thing I’ve ever drank. I wish I was still in the cafe when I tried it, I think the barista would have loved watching my face light up the way it did. If a drink could make me see god, that drink definitely did. 100% recommend if you’re looking for something small and personal- The barista I forget his name  was so kind, the service was amazing, and so was the drink. I definitely will be returning!!!

The best coffee shop in Shadyside! Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and the coffee is great. We live nearby - stopping in each morning with my pup to get a coffee on the end of our morning walk is the highlight of my day. TIP: Treat yourself to one of their seasonal drinks, they are way better than what you can get from a larger coffee chain.

A damn good cold brew! Gotta love a shop that stands behind their brew and is so proud of their flavor profile. Perfect without any cream! Very friendly and fair prices. Well worth a stop
