Was buying a drink and maybe a danish.  Asked if I could use the restroom.  Was told they didn’t have one.  Remarkable that a paying customer can’t use the facilities.  Well, I’ll never buy from Starbucks again.  Visiting downtown denver and don’t have customer services.

I've had great consistent customer service here! The baristas and till operator are friendly and had such a nice light demeanor. Even though there have been lines they are quick and steady. One morning I walked away with the most delicious apple crisp oatmik macchiato, probably made better by their welcoming presence : Thank you

This location doesn't accept Starbucks rewards. Also ordered an iced coffee with two pumps vanilla and had to have it remade because it tasted awful. Find another Starbucks

Kevin is amazing, thank you for brightening my mornings ! Top tier customer service,Thank you! Also the entire staff does an amazing job at this location, it is always very clean and everyone is super friendly! Starbucks Corporate please get my babies some type of security cause the homeless situation is bad in Denver. Downtown really isn’t doing anything about it.there are times it’s busy at this location when conventions are. In town and it causes a big disruption -at least get it temporarily. They work so hard and should not have to deal with that on top of being so busy!

Nice place to grab a cup and some food - smaller than other Starbucks, but ample space to sit and relax.

Waiting almost 20mins for pick up order. I came exactly 9 minutes after the Starbucks app gave me estimated pick up time. When I arrive I saw the store was busy so I totally understand if my order will be delayed. The barista told me they are working on my last order since I ordered 3 cups of coffee. Funny thing is several people came after and put their order then somehow got theirs before mine.

I worked for Starbucks quite some time ago so being on the customer side of things is kinda fun. I got blessed by having the best cafe store right around the corner from my work in this specific location. The baristas are all so incredibly kind and friendly that the 5 minutes I get to run around the corner to grab my mobile order keep me going all day, and I’m not talking about my iced coffee.  The whole team from shifts to baristas is filled with a great mix of personable and efficient that I can’t help but say nice things about them after a glass of wine on google reviews. Those little 1 minute connections they make mon-fri plus my drink tasting the exact same every day will keep me coming back instead of hitting the other stores in the same walking distance.

I try to leave only positive reviews but I have to tell you; This is the worst Starbucks on the face of the planet. I've given this location multiple chances as they are very close to my home but they disappoint every time. Today I went in and, like every other time I've been in, they're out of more items than they have, the customer service is non-existent, and the worst part is the manager Scott.  He is utterly rude to everyone and EXTREMELY unprofessional. It obviously bleeds down to the rest of the staff... Starbucks get this store up to par!!!

The guy made my drink wrong, when asked him to remake it. He got frustrated about it. Then didn't put any flavoring in my drink. Cashier's were nice though

I always order exactly the same thing.  Venti Mocha with 4 extra shots.  They gave me an Americano and then when I went back in they made me a new mocha with no extra shots.... I pay extra for that stuff for a reason.  You think with the manager working they would have better service.
