Pulled up and was so excited to only find 3 people in front of me....well 18 minutes later I I got my drinks. This is the very first time I have had a Frappuccino that tastes so terrible I don't want to drink it. I am unable to get my money beck because I am Christmas crazy shopping. So I wasted 11 bucks and thought a review was definitely needed. I think they left out the vital ingredient or something. I added sugar but that didn't help. So be aware that the kids behind the counter are dropping the ball on taste.
Ordered my mobile order at 3:20. Hopped in the drive thru because my daughter fell asleep and I didn’t want to get out. I did not get to the window until 3:53!! My drink had no ice. It must’ve melted. I have been stuck in the drive thru before at this location a couple more times, but never this had. Maybe for 10 minutes prior times. I avoid going here as much as possible, but it’s right by my house. This is the last time for sure. I’m so upset.
We usually have a good experience at this Starbucks. However, the “No Smoking” environment really needs to be enforced. Nothing ruins the experience more than a group of people who light up and don’t care about anyone else. This happens way too often.
Shoutout to Emily with the big beautiful lashes. She asked me how my day was going and honestly, that's what I needed to be asked in that moment. I told her I had a café from somewhere else but that I needed "my starbucks". And she responded with "hopefully this café will help make u feel better!" And sometimes that's all u need to hear when u r starting ur day. Love this Starbucks because Emily is there
This is the first time I visited this location it's laid out very nice large outdoor patio large inside open Wi-Fi all the way through Nice tables and chairs very comfortable and they're right on the spot when I got my order back from them should visitFood: 5/5
As a starbucks barista myself I try not to be too difficult as a customer, however the last 3 times I have come to this starbucks my drinks are made so wrong. I’m very clear and direct in ordering and my drink stickers reflect that, however the drink is always wrong. Last time there was no flavouring syrup, next time my refresher tasted spoiled, and today my drink was made completely wrong. It gets tiring knowing how drinks should be made and how easy they are, yet somehow they are made so god awful. I think most baristas at this store need a secondary training.

Great! The line for the drive-thru is usually long, plan for it. But in my opinion the line moves quickly. Around 3min a car, considering how long it takes some people to order I think that's great. Staff is really nice, they earn your tips.
I came here on 7/29/21 after a doctors appointment and it was really good! Just to note I have been here before but I am just writing this review for this specific time. My drink was delicious. I got a Tall Strawberry Açaí Refresher double blended. My mom got a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew and she liked it. My sister didn’t like her drink and food so that’s why I’m giving a 4 instead if 5 stars. Overall, I had a great experience.
