I ordered a LARGE ICED MOCHA COFFEE see receipt picture and they gave it to me in a MEDIUM CUP! Read the yellow M and it says "Iced Coffee" and the white L says "McCafé Shake". This is deliberate robbery and stealing from the customer. This seems fraudulent and illegal.
I read a few other comments and have seen similar stories, I would not recommend going to this McDonald's if you can avoid it, time and time again they have either forgotten to give me my full order, not given sauces, syurp or other condiments, or have given default items when asked for custom. I also understand it's fast food and you get what you pay for but it's consistent
By far the WORST fast food place I’ve ever been to. The list goes on and on on why from their looong lines to no ice cream most of the time to not being able to read their menu to having to park so the people behind me don’t have to wait. I will never come back.
“Crispy chicken sandwich” was $2.-Something on the menu board but I didn’t want to click a table number and waste time figuring out that hat of the self-service screen, or even eat inside, so I talked to the lady who was now line-free. She ended up making me pay almost $5 for this sooggggyyy barely an excuse for food!! $5!! This place reminded me why I NEVER eat at McDonald’s!! I was just in a hurry and very thirsty. Next time I go to the Smart & Final in this shopping center and just buy a jug of juice! Smh!!
Trying the international menu before they go away.. I think they need to bring the hawaiian, Japanese, and different asian McDonald's menu here. The Spain burger is not bad though. The fries is okay but we wish they use different cheese.
This is the sloppiest hamburger i ever had.. The bread was old, the meat was gross and they had it under the heat light way to long.. Not fresh meat.. They gave me cheese with wax paper.. There french fries were old and they tasted like barf. Old cooking oil.. Never ever going there again.
Sean the GM will go out of his way to make the McDonald’s experience everything you expect. His support crew do the same. Food is always hot and fresh. I’ve been a patron of this McDonald’s for over 30 years and never found a reason to not return.
This place has gone done in quality and service I know I know It’s a mcDs , but Come on people I have stop multiple place my order Just get home n fine out it’s completely wrong . Having food bee ice cold To yesterday being in line for over 5 mins while the only young girl on front decided that being on here phone at work more than important then taking or Oder n then just leaving and coming back multiple times just to ignore the line of customers
Drive through forgot all the sauce packets for nuggets. Despite ordering 3 extras. Not the first time mistakes were made.Food: 2/5
The staff is nice but cheeseburgers are lukewarm and are not hot enough.The cheese is not melted and I like my food served hot not lukewarm or cool .Their french fries were hot , crisp, and tasty the first time but the french fries have been undercooked recently.Every -once - in awhile I get that Macdonald's craving but when I was a kid the food was a much better quality.
