My daughter has been talking about this place nonstop. Finally made a visit on Friday and I have to say it's great! So many good options, a place like this is exactly what Rancho San Diego needs. If you haven't been go give them a try. Family owned business by 2 sisters doing what they love. #TheAmericanDream #SupportLocal
First time come to this place. They just opened. I tried the Chunky Monkey Shake. It was delicious!! I always have a shake in the mornings and now on those days I don't feel like making my shake, I can swing by and pick one up! They have curbside pick up!
The staff here are super friendly and personable. That is the only reason they earned two stars from me. I went here thinking I would get a shake like you might find at Jamba Juice or similar smoothie place. They have no actual fruit or veggies. Nothing fresh whatsoever. They use processed powders from Herbalife to make everything. I was blown away when I realized what was going on, but I had already forked over my $9, inadvertently supporting the pyramid scheme they are fronting. It’s like going to a coffee shop to get your gourmet brew then watching the barista crack open a packet of instant Folgers and dumping it into your cup. How is this a business!?! As for the shake I received, when comparing to other powdered shakes, I prefer Carnation Breakfast Essentials, chocolate.
Best protein shakes and energy teas ever!!!! Everyone I have brought here loves it! Would highly recommended if you need a mid-day pickup or a healthy treat!!!

First time going to this place today. I'm pre op for weight loss surgery so I have to take in a lot of protien and I am extremely limited on what foods I can eat. I go to the gym all the time and after my workout I am always craving a good protien drink. I randomly googled protein drinks and this place came up! I never even noticed it before! Im always in the area but never saw it. I stopped in and the girls working were so nice and helpful! One girl was named Lucy and I can't remember the other girls name, Mary I think. Anyway they explained about the shakes and calorie intake and sugar levels. All really good!! Im so glad I found this place! I wish they were open on Sundays and open later on Saturdays so I could go more. But I will have to squeeze it in when I can. So happy I found them!
I heard about them from a friend and they did not disappoint. I stopped in after work and not only was Lucy super friendly, but the shake was really good. I would definitely recommend!
This is a fake smoothie shop that is really just a front for Herbalife MLM; they’re not even regulated.
Best shakes in town! The mocha iced coffee is delicious and healthy!! Lucy and marycarmen are so nice and very welcoming! DEFINED coming back
Best healthy drinks in san diego hands down! If you workout/hike this is the spot get your shakes from, always makes your day much better!
