Not sure if she was having a bad morning, but the lady who took my order told me to "Hold on!" when I started to tell her my order after she asked. I wanted to walk out after she said that but I had already promised my grand daughters a pink drink. My coffee was very bitter and the cream tasted sour. Now I know to go elsewhere.

Came in a group of 15+ and they got us each our correct drinks with little delay! Amazing service!

While generally all my experiences at Starbucks have been good, it really depends on who is helping you on the other side of the counter.  While not very friendly or helpful I can't give 1 star only because the barista might have been experiencing a tough day or other issues I didn't know about.  Still, a hot cup of hot chocolate made the evening worth it.

The barista makes a good coffee but is not very friendly. She was mad because she couldn't get the lid on the frap and said " you people and your whip cream.. it's a 911 if you don't get your whip cream ."  I was embarrassed.  There were a couple of other people waiting and no one said a word.  I am sorry if she was having a bad day, but this is not the first time. I won't go back.

We visited this Starbucks in the morning while on a road trip - this one was close to our hotel. It's inside the Price Cutter.  Employees were cheerful. There was no line when we went so we were not there long at all. They had the usual items and everything we ordered tasted great!

would give it 0 stars if i could. absolutely terrible service. went up today to get my normal coffee, just at a different place. when  i told the lady my order she said it was “wrong” and that “there’s no way i wanted that because it was going to be too sweet” and i thought that was extremely rude. strong coffee flavors aren’t for me, and for her to tell me MY order was wrong? she sat there at the counter and argued with me for about 15 minutes about MY order. definitely won’t be going back EVER.

I love Starbucks and I've never had an issue with a barista until I went here. So rude, rushing me, and not listening. I was the only customer there. There was no reason for the rudeness! The drink was good as usual but I won't go back to this location.

They put soap in my drink and they weren't allowing me a refund.

Need to learn how to follow directions on how to make your drink when you tell them certain instructions
