I order from here regularly and this isn’t the first time they’ve not done my order right but this only seems to happen when the store is a little busy. But this time they completely made my drink wrong. There is absolutely no toffee nut syrup in my drink and I guess they were too lazy to make it but they also put whipped cream instead of the sweet vanilla cold foam that was requested. If I pay extra for all this stuff, I expect it to be in my drink. I will start choosing another location bc I don’t seem to have this problem elsewhere.
It’s Starbucks. Coffee is good. People are generally very nice. Place could use a really good scrubbing,, maybe even a new makeover. But again, you usually get what you expect from a Starbucks.
Wifi doesn't work on laptops. Interstitial to sign in won't pop up despite changing browser settings. Pop up for other nearby network Xfiniti worked fine. Sign in to Starbucks network worked fine on cell phone. Don't come here if you need to work on laptopFood: 5/5
I never go to this Starbucks given the fact there is NO DRIVE THRU. My daughter talked me into it and I'm glad I did. I was impressed by their speed and suggestions. I will be returning.
Terrible customer service, just asked for a small coffee. She didn’t even bother to inform me that they ran out of coffee and went back to grab her phone from the back and started texting while trying to fill the cup with one hand, terrible!
Disappointing visit today. A lot of confusion - orders getting mixed up and a twenty minute wait. No tp in restroom - the other restroom out of order! Staff complaining - it look like only two really working. One staff member was filling orders then went to collecting trash then back to making coffee for customers. Never washing hands or wearing gloves
9-13-2022 0 stars if possible ! This is the second worst starbucks iv ever been to! I travel from the west coast to the east coast regularly and stop at many starbucks.. I stopped in here around noon there was 2 girls working, I had placed a mobile order online , first of all they made the drink wrong , mixing it with lemonade instead of water , so I let them know and the girl said she was sorry and walked away and started taking other customers orders instead of fixing her mistake so I asked the other girl, she was the Asian girl or of some sort of oriental background, if she could help me because I was in a hurry , that's the whole point of a mobile order to get your food and get out ! I had tried to get her attention severl times and she ignored me ,then finally she said she would make the drink , I watched her pour the juice in the cup for the strawberry refresher and then added the water , I told her while she was making the drink that I paid extra for extra strawberries so don't forget, she didn't say ok or anything back , she got done adding the water, didn't even mix the drink ,she just put a lid on it and handed it to me ! Then I noticed she gave me the wrong size on top of everything else , I told them to keep the dam thing and hopefully they could get there act together. The black girl who originally made my drink wrong seemed friendly but she just did not handle customer service the correct way after she made the mistake... the other girl, 'Asian Japanese or whatever nationality she was , she was very rude! She didn't give a dam to even mix the drink , ignored me when I was speaking to her , Iif she was my employee she would do 100 % better or she would find herself looking for anouther job! It's terrible as a customer that we pay for food and service and end up dealing with employees that don't give a dam.. this could have all been avoided if the girl had of originally just got the order right! Pay more attention to what your doing! And again someone really needs to address the situation with the other girl that was so rude. I know she could hear me , she was standing right in front of me, she tried her best to ignore me .. TO THE OWNER!I know you probably think some customers over exaggerate but trust me you have a very rude employee .. the look on your employees face said it all! And she showed it with her actions! And to be honest with you after seeing how she made my drink not even caring to mix it, you could tell she was annoyed by me just wanting what.i paid for! As of posting this review I waa reading the other reviews and looks like you have a problem with your employees or mabe the other reviews this girl made there drinks to , I don't know , something needs to be done though.. I would suggest people report to starbucks corporate office if this keeps happening. do your job no matter what it is or find something else to do
I had mobile order and had to wait over 40 min to get my coffee . Ppl in and out I’m still waiting when I asked why it’s been like that the lady said mam we can refund u oh I’m waiting 40 min at the end instead of u make my coffee u want to cancel it Used to live go their but now nope
This shop is almost never empty. A steady stream of customers is in the place all day, it seems, but the staff still sends to crank out the orders in a reasonable amount of time. If there is a delay, they've always explained it to me, which made the wait easier to bear. And the quality of the drinks has been consistently good, in my opinion. The staff is friendly and engaging, making me feel welcome whenever I venture in.
Love the Carmel Macchiato and staff! Clean and safe! Not to crowded! Service was good and quick!
