Personally, I'd give this place two stars. The food was terrible. I asked for a Chicken Deluxe meal. The bread was almost black it was burnt, there was no lettce, no onions, and only two soggy tomatoes.. I was flabbergasted, then on top of that the lady that served us at the drive-through was so disrespectful she was being very and unprofessional with my grandmother. Then just when you thought it couldn't get worse, They even got or order wrong. On top of that I asked for the Coca-Cola frozen drink and it literally was melted completely when I got it. Then when I got my French fries they were overly salty like more salty than a lady at the drive-through and that's a lot of salt. 2/10 do not recommend never again.
This is now the second time I’ve been to this location and waited for 20 minutes in the drive through after ordering and never made it to the pay window. I’m sorry but after waiting 20 minutes and not moving more than 2 car lengths, I’ve had to leave. I’ve never had this problem at any other location. Y’all need to get it together!
I pull in to the drive through tonight and it was extremely slow. There were no cars in line and no cars in the parking lot so I thought great I’ll get fast fresh food. As I sit and wait to order with me being the only car in line I had to call the store to ask if they were taking orders. After my call they proceeded to take my order and were very rude and brash. No worries I’ve had worse customer service at this location and I don’t usually complain. But as I returned home which is a 4 min drive from this location I noticed my food was lackluster at best. The fries were so hard and obviously had been sitting for quite some time I almost lost a tooth biting into it. Sandwiches were thrown together without a care in the world. This isn’t my first time getting terrible service from this location but it will be my last. Retrain rehire and do not accept employees that take no pride in their job.
Ordered on the app. Got in one of the two lines and after 20 minutes, made it to the speaker and sat there for about 5 minutes. No one ever came over the intercom. Pulled out of line and went inside for pick-up. Waited with about 8 other people for our orders. Watched at least 6 employees working with no real urgency. They were not horribly understaffed. One fellow working the drive thru, sauntered from behind the counter to leisurely get himself a soft drink from the fountain drink machine in the dining room and then shuffle back behind the counter sipping on his drink. It took a total of 40 minutes to get my sausage egg McMuffin meal. No apology or explanation for the wait. Never going to this McDonald's again. The only way these places will improve is to stop patronizing them. Until then, the shotty service will continue as long as we go, regardless of how we are treated. This is not ok.
I will never again come to this McDonald's the lines are to long the food is horrible to be honest every time I come here my order is wrong today I ordered 2 mcdoubles no onions for My wife I got fish and 2 hot n spicy and a double cheese burger for me. Get home no hotn spicy orr double cheeseburger. I been calling this place since 2 no answer so I wasted 23 dollars. How hard is your job u flip burgers and take orders all day but they make the same mistake over and over again. This place needs to get shutdown or hire ppl who wants to work
Went here today @10:53am , first i received wrong food in drive thru, then later got my food and all 3 meals i ordered were cold! & i specifically asked for NO onions & ofc they put EXTRA onions instead $30.00 in the trash
I stopped by and got two double cheeseburgers and a large Spritethey are HIRING EVERYONE lol I had a friend who worked at McDonald's and he just smelled of cooking oil all the time because he made fries a lotDine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: Yes
Customers service bad. Asked for no pickles, handed my burger back said they couldn't do anything for me. Closed window with their back facing me. Sat there and waited, different person answered window. Gave me what I ordered but when I opened the burger up this is what I found. Rude, always rude. I will drive the extra miles just to skip this location.
If i could give a 0 star I would. Rude customer service. I asked for a happy meal and the lady at the drive thru said "No you can't have one". WHAT DO YOU MEAN??? I then asked for a the burger that comes in the happy meal and she yelled at me and said I can't have a happy meal. Bruv, i just wanted a burger. Never coming here again.
It was great. Everything we ordered was so fresh and delicious. Everyone knows McDonald's has the best fries but I'd still rather go elsewhere for ice cream. It's good, but not competition level good. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: It has handicapped parking and a few wheelchair accessible tables.
