The past 3 times I have went they have continued to get my order wrong. Asked for white hot chocolate, got regular with a shot of espresso? The next time they gave a white mocha, now I asked for the toasted white chocolate mocha frap. I get a regular white mocha frap. I’m so aggravated and annoyed by this & i never have time to get it fixed bc it’s so busy and I don’t have time. It’s just annoying. I love Starbucks but not if this is gonna keep happening. Took almost 30 minutes to get a coffee, and received last behind several later orders. Wifi was abysmally slow also, so getting any work done while waiting wasn't happening. But the coffee was made correctly, so there's that.Food: 4/5

This location is what you have come to expect from a Starbucks location.  Probably the most high traffic location, so can be busy at times.Food: 4/5

This one always takes care of me and for what ever reason in my experience is better than the other area locations especially the one on industrial loop in customer service and drink quality. Thank you!

Coffee frap has zero flavor or taste.  I have gotten this drink for a long time and had a coffee flavor before but now it just tastes like whipped cream.

Horrible taste and too much waiting time . Not recommended here . Try some other Starbucks place .

I ordered inside due to the cars wrapped around the drive through.   It was not as busy inside so we could order right away.  The staff were friendly and the frappuccinos and mochas were good.

It used to be a great place and regularly tipped these guys because they had a great attitude and knew what they were doing. For the past days they have been training people and not only did they decide to train everyone simultaneously but the lady that makes the drinks has no idea of what she is doing and gives you an attitude if you kindly tell her the drink is not the way it's supposed to be someone that drinks the same exact drink every morning. Quite disappointing service so I will just look for a new Starbucks where they know what they are doing and have a good attitude towards work.

We come here fairly often. Today there were staff members I had never seen before. Normally we have great service from friendly people, but not today. I ordered a caramel frappachino with caramel in and out and no whip cream. Instead of just a little extra caramel drizzled around the cup, the barista just squirted an inch of caramel sauce in the bottom of the cup, poured the frappachino in, and then put another inch of caramel sauce on top. When she picked up the whipped cream, I said "No whip please" which was also printed on the order label on the cup. She rolled her eyes and muttered something to the barista next to her, causing that barista to look over at me. I did not ask them to remake my drink because frankly, I was worried what she would do. But I wish I had as my beverage is almost undrinkable.  I tried for 5 minutes and could only suck up caramel sauce....never could get a taste of the frappachino.
