Excellent green tea latte with coconut milk but the nitro cold brew was just OK.  Staff was friendly knew their stuff. —-/-/—— I’m ready for Starbucks to go back to using our cups. Or reusable.  I can’t even imagine how many landfills have been filled with Starbucks mugs by now. Can we go back to using our mugs please? And I don’t need another lid thanks.  The above message is not specific to this Starbucks, it’s to Starbucks in general. Starbucks corporate! I hope somebody’s listening.

First off tried to order a frap bc it’s 80 degree outside and was told I couldn’t get that today. 2 members of The staff were wearing rolled up ski masks for hats & one showing there underwear with their pants sagging, other didn’t have apron on right, just hanging. Bathroom was dirty with trash on the floor. Waited way longer for my order than normal with not a lot of customers. They didn’t ask our name just shouted out our order but asked others their names. This was my worst Starbucks experience. I thought this was a nice place & the prices are high. U would think the quality of service would be a lot better! My drink was so watered down. I was excited for my 1st pumpkin spice order of the season and this all was a big let down

Order is always wrong at this location.  Today it was made 2 different times and it’s still incorrect. I said no fruit and you still see fruit floating.  Same drink.  2 diff colors.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks to go to.  They are LITERALLY always out of everything & I can't ever order anything I want! Unfortunately this is also the only location close to me. I can't ever place an order ahead without trying to order at least 5-7 different coffee or Fraps & end up either not ordering at all bc they have nothing or always stuck just ordering whatever they have which is not what I want! Worst Starbuck in Shreveport Bossier City. I don't know how you can stay in business when you're always out of everything. I can't wait for the new location to open by work. Hopefully they will actually have coffee to order!

Traveling through  Louisiana and wanted to get my Been There Mug. They had it yes! Busy place and it took 20 minutes to get our order.  Too long, 8 employees and they seem to concentrate on drive thru and  app orders. Restaurant full of people with partial orders.Food: 5/5

I had a short meeting there and the music was pretty loud. I simply asked one of the Barista's to turn it down  a bit. She gladly did and I also wasn't sure what to get so I took a recommendation and it was amazing. I'm going back tomorrow to do some work on my laptop.  Kid-friendliness: It just has a laid back and fun atmosphere

My grandchildren all ordered Fraps while I ordered a Cup of Coffee . The barista served the children and I waited for some time for my coffee . I stood at the register waving the receipt . Three employees totally ignored me .  They all appeared to have designated duties but none were in charge of pouring coffee . Each wanted the other to serve me . Finally a forth staff member came from the back and I raised my voice to eventually get service . Your supposed to be a COFFEE SHOP where the hell is my coffee I said . This is unacceptable and well Felix the standards I have become accustomed to . Here to fore I shall not be as patient or quiet so long . I one star was for the kids drinks

I usually use the drive thru and have not problem but today I went inside because the line was long and I was on my break and the inside was empty. So I walked in everyone seemed busy but this one guy light skinned noticed someonewhich was me walk in and he did speak and continued what he was doing. So I waited patiently assuming i would be helped after he was done. So another lady walks in and he instantly stops what he’s doing runs up to the register and takes her order. I then said out loud oh wow I was standing here and she walks right in and you take her order. He ignores me like im invisible and continues what he is doing. The lady was nice she said oh no im sorry I didn’t know u can go ahead and i said oh no you are fine. And I walked out. I don’t even have to mention skin color or race here because from what happened you should already know. But its the world that we live in. And it was definitely a race thing. I will never spend another dime there and only reason I go is because of my kids.

Even though this location is remarkably busy the service is outstanding.  I love placing my order via the mobile app and my order being ready by the time I arrive.  The staff is absolutely delightful in this  busy environment.

Usually this location has done a pretty decent job and I’m rather understanding that sometimes we all have our off-days. With that being said, the Mrs. mobile ordered two hot drinks, a lunch sandwich and some pastries. She arrived in time to see the drinks being made and saw something of note: for her drink, she ordered it with almond milk; the barista initially poured one of the dairy milks into the canister for steaming, but soon realized it needed to be almond, instead.  After that realization, the barista poured the dairy milk back into its original jug and proceeded to fill the canister with almond milk without rinsing it out bad move for any customer who may suffer from any dairy issues …not to mention whatever may come from pouring the dairy milk back into its jug…maybe just set aside for the next upcoming order calling for dairy .  After receiving the drinks, the wife continued to patiently wait for the sandwich and pastries…and wait…and wait…and wait! She indicated she waited for approx 15 mins with numerous eye contacts with the staff before the person working the oven finally approached her and asked her name, only to be notified that ordered sandwich was out of stock.  Shortly after that exchange, she received the rest of her original and amended order, but a little less happy. Hopefully this was just a one-off and whatever team she/we catch next time will be more on point! …g’night!
