I would give it a 5 if it wasn't for the lack of friendliness and professionalism of the workers. I go there a few times a month, the counter girl always acts like my presence is bothersome but I deal with it because the salad is good. Today there was a new counter girl, when I walk in she dry coughs without covering her mouth ewe. She then answers the phone as I walk to the counter. I'm thinking it's a business call, someone ordering food. But when she said "hold on mamma" I realized that wasn't the case. She put the phone down, asked me what I wanted. I told her, she then says it will be 10 minutes and proceeds to continue talking to her mother. Loud enough for me to hear her and her mother talking!  Her sister calls on the other end and before you know it they are in a heated 3 way call conversation. Four-way if you included me! She was laughing and joking all over my salad that she was making. She then dry coughs into the air again, goes outside to cool off because she said it was too hot in there. She comes back in, tells me it would be $8.00, I give her my card and she tells me I have to spend a minimum of $10.00 to use my card. Now I come to this place at least twice a month and they never enforce this when I'm ordering food but in any case I took my card back, said no thank you. She resumes the conversation with her mom and sister as I walk on out the door. As soon as she dry coughed in to the air before making my salad I should have turned around then. But noo, I tried to give the place benefit of the doubt because I've been going for so long. Not anymore, I can't. Too many other daiquiri shops in Desoto and Duncanville for me to have to put up with the unprofessionalism of this place. Fix that, and I'll come back!

Decent customer service. Got a grilled chicken salad & 2 chicken salads with smoked chicken (haven't tried those yet). Grilled chicken salad is pretty durn fantastic!

A great place to come to with great service. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Trust they want be disappointed.

I drive 35 minutes and pass all the others up just to come to this one. Customer Service is good and of course the drinks are good. Check them out.
