i've been with this Credit Union for many years an have had nothing but positive vibes. I've always been treated fair have enjoyed the kindness of the employees. 
  Keep up the good work i will continue to give you all my business. In Fact my wife an i will be there tommorow 12/27/2017 to make deposits.

The slowest bank ever. I'm never here less than 25 mins. I always have my deposit or withdraw slips all ready before i get to the bank and still im here forever. Today I sat at the drive thru window for ten minutes waiting for them to send me the tube because the car in front of me sent it back to them before pulling off. I pushed the call button when I pulled up to let them know and they just say "we will be with you in a moment" and don't wait to hear what I need. Ten mins later she finally get to me send me the tube and I sat for another 15 mins before they finally finished my withdraw. I don't expect them to be lightening fast but spending 25 mins here is crazy. I always try to come before 11am. I can't imagine what the wait is after that probably hours. Hopefully the new bank they are building will be quicker.

This place is one of the worse I have ever been to I wish I could give them a 0. This bank is terrible, they're awful. I was approved for a car loan but needed a cosigner which wasn't a problem but this bank right here gave me the worst run around I have ever seen. If I could sue them I would.

Kong X. and Evelyn H. were super helpful and just nice period. That's something that can always be appreciated on any given day because you never know what people are going through prior to entering.

I have been with SECU for at least 25 or 30 years. Never had a problem. All the staff are great.
