Any person who said this place is "great" is lying. We had our appetizers and left right after. There was no way we were going to spend anymore money on this over priced basic food that tastes like a 6 year old made from her easy bake oven. The wings are soggy and gross... the calamari is flavorless and overcooked. The oysters are eh. The beer is okay. The only thing that's "great" about this place is the scenery.

I am fortunate to be a customer of the Flatiron and now, "State Room". It is a beautiful brewery bar and restaurant with local farmers, and organic fresh kitchen offerings. From concept to build out, subsequent execution, "State Room" is impressive and well thought out. I enjoy a little personal time at State Room to relax and decompress with a glass of wine, and a delicious Flat Bread Pizza with spinach, garlic, butternut squash with olive oil and vinegar. It is so good, I eat the entire pizza! The front of the house staff are very attentive, i never feel rushed or neglected. Congratulations!

Stopped in for an impromptu lunch( for 10 people). They were able to seat us in about 15 minutes, which was Great! Good beer, full bar, nice menu selections.  Had been there before, and will return. Good vibe.

The poke is flat-out amazing. If you get Stephanie as your server, she'll enhance the experience without a doubt. She's very knowledgeable; she knows every description of the beers offered by this establishment. Great food, drinks, ambiance + billiards and darts in the back room.

A solid upscale pub with an expansive beer selection and some solid entrees to boot. Surprisingly good for weekend brunch (fried chicken biscuits and gravy will change your life), but also great for a late night bite or even date night. A
