I took my bike in for a tune up and chain repair, and requested a really quick turnaround - just over 24 hours (as I had an important training ride the next morning).  The mechanic said he couldn't guarantee it, but would try. I called the next day to check on it, and the he said he'd stay late to finish it. He stayed well past 7pm on a Friday night (later than closing), and finished it for me. HUGE testament to their customer service. They have my business!

Yet another cyclist who's had the wonderful opportunity to work with Oleg.  Aside from being a top bike mechanic, he is also super chill, friendly, and most importantly honest.  Also, as strange as this is to bring up, but his shop is impeccably clean and organized which is also a plus for me.  Now if I can only find someone like Oleg for my car... :)

Fast turn around and cheap, but customer service leaves much to be desired. Came off very elitist about bikes, never saw a smile. Felt like I was annoying him by asking him to have service done to my bike
