The doctor is great, the staff was not.

They suck, when I went there I never have the same doctor more than a month. They also suck at changing your information, when you give them updated info. I have been sent to collections 3 times because they have failed to update my info. Telling me I never gave them any new info. They also don't change the info after everything is fixed and then been paid by the right insurance. So you then get another collection bill because they failed again to bill the right insurance and never bothered to call or send a mail notice.

My experience at stayton family medical has been nothing short of warm, professional and very personal. My doctor is friendly and warm. He listens to everything I have to say and is always offering good posative approaches. My doctor is concerned for my health and I trust him in every decision he makes.

My husband and I both receive exceptional care. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are able to schedule appointments in a timely manner with our preferred providers and are able to be seen or directed to care for more acute problems. Referrals are handled well. Prescriptions are renewed as needed. The patient /provider communications are clear, accurate and friendly. We are given adequate time with the provider and find it to be a collaborative experience. We manage our healthcare with the provider. Our TriCare insurance is accepted here

Carl is the only one at this office that seems friendly and competent. All of the other doctors/nurse practitioners we've seen there are extremely rude and refuse to listen to the patient about what their own bodies are doing. Not a place that I would recommend to anyone. They also seem to have a bad attitude with OHP patients (government insurance).
