I've used S&K on and off for about 17 years.   The service (small or large) is always well done and well priced for the work.  The owners and staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.  Highly recommend.

One star is way too nice for these jerks. We made an appointment to have our heating zones fixed. Worst decision to call these people. They guy was late, strolls into my basement, turns a knob on my boiler & says "Either that will work or it won't." He was honestly more concerned with his Dunkin Donuts coffee. He was at my home for a total of 7 minutes. Not even 3 days later, water starts leaking out of my boiler (which is brand new) it ended costing $800 to correct whatever stedman's did. So you can imagine my surprise when I received an $114 bill from these people. Also, when I called to politely tell them the kind of service we got (I had no qualms paying for a service call, we did call them, after all.) I was not only talked to like I was an idiot, but was asked if "I know how to pay my bills". Her name was Pam and was the RUDEST  & most miserable human being I have EVER met. (I hope she reads this!!)I've never had such a bad experience all around with a company. Avoid them at all costs, they're a bunch of crooks.
Also, all that was needed to fix my heating zones (the reason we called them) was a $90 zone head valve. Unprofessional & uneducated.
