Good prices if you have coupons. The manager when I went to exchange something was a dick. I bought a down comforter and the feathers were everywhere and she wouldn't let me exchange it for something else.

I found lots of good bargains and quality clothes for myself and my husband. The salespeople were very helpful and even helped me put an outfit together.

I'm really surprised by this company. I expected an organized, put together big corporation and it's the complete opposite. Ex employee, expressing my opinion. Very unorganized store & management. There are way too many managers for such a small store & neither of them know how to manage. All they do is "busy work" to look like stuff is getting done & treat everyone like crap. For this particular location, I'm really surprised by the staff they choose to have on the floor & in the public eye. This location in Naples is full of uppity customers and they have staff walking around with gold teeth in their mouths & dressed like they just stepped out of a movie starring Snoop Dog. Very unprofessional & unpleasant to the eye. The only thing any of the employees work on together is smacking their lips gossiping. Its a high school mentality environment & women in their 30's, 40's & 50's act like they're 16 and need a reality check on customer service & team work. The store manager is a joke as well. Doesn't lift a finger to help out and sits behind his desk doing jack except for throwing orders around. This store needs to clean house completely and start over!
