Salesman Eric Gustafson lied to me to get the car sold. Did not paint all scratches on the car like previously discussed. Then refused to detail the car. Horrible customer service. My family only bought cars from Stephens but that has since changed. Don’t buy any cars from Stephen auto mall, even the Service department sucks!!
Last night I bought my third Toyota from Stephens. Every time I have gone there I have gone through Jason Rivera and it has always been a seamless experience. Jason is incredibly personable, friendly, knowledgeable, fair, transparent and honest. Everything you could ask for when you are looking to purchase a car. He got everything taken care of for me including the financing, insurance, registration, car detailed etc. I was literally in and out. Even after the fact whenever I had any questions Jason is always available with an answer. I would HIGHLY recommend using him for all your car purchases!
I would recommend people avoid this place, when I was searching for a vehicle in April of 2022, these guys trying to add an additional $7,000 to $15,000 to the price of their new cars. In an attempt to take advantage of the car shortage. When I question the sales person about this he got an attitude with me and said that's the way every dealership is doing it. Needless to say I bought a vehicle somewhere else, that did not trying to rob their customers and I've committed to never purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and telling everyone I know to avoid it. I don't know why places like this don't realize that their efforts of greed, lose potential long-term customers.
I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe and did not expect to get so many issues in the first few months of owning this vehicle. First off, I had to travel back and forth to the dealership for things that should have been done when I was originally scheduled to pick up the car in the first place registration, plates, paperwork that still needed to be signed and reviewed. Second, I had contacted one of the sales reps, Chris, on more than one occasion to see one of the mechanics and help resolve the issues of a check engine and tire pressure light being on. The only thing that they did was replace the battery and then sent me home with both lights coming back on a day later. I went to go do my emissions when come to find out that both front manifold gaskets needed to be replaced. When I contacted them to tell them of this, they told me my 30-day warranty was pass due and they couldn’t help me with anything. Now, I believe that my acceleration needs to be fixed due to the car stopping at random times while I am driving.
Worst experience… I reached out to this dealership saying I had a trade but no money down I just want to see my options. They messaged me and emailed me to come in and assured they help me out , I explained my credit is poor and don’t want unnecessary inquiries if they can’t help, they assured me, I told them what vehicle I was interested in. They told me they will do anything to make it work , also I told them what banks wouldn’t work with me and to not check so I wouldn’t have a bunch of inquiries…. No call the next day, they were selling the vehicle I wanted at the same time of checking the banks I told them not to check and they put ALOT or inquires on my credit like I asked not to. All they were worried about what how much money I can put down and gave me a low ball offer on my trade in vehicle, then when they call me at 7:00 at night after 2 days of not listening to my request they tell me they sold the vehicle and that they couldn’t help me …. They blew me up for months to weeks to come in with all the information I provided ri them … very poorly managed I’ve actually see new dealers and managers there all the time I live right next door, and hear nothing but bad interactions with customers..
Was interested in one vehicle, confirmed availability. Spoke with one sales person on the phone and another via email. Made it very clear that I’m willing to put the deposit down but the vehicle was going through inspection… followed up day after, vehicle still being inspected - third day the ad is gone, vehicle is sold
I had a great experience here. I test drove the vehicle 2 days prior and dealt with Connor who was extremely knowledgeable and personable. When I went back to purchase the vehicle I worked with Akeem who was possibly the nicest person I’ve met - he was super friendly and while we waited for paperwork and things to go through he had full conversations with us and was just a pleasant person to be around. Frank, the business manager, was just as pleasant and personable. I could not have worked with a better set of people to purchase my car from. I will say the finance manager had the personality of a blank sheet of paper, just as dry, and made no attempt at making us feel at ease about our purchase and had I dealt solely with him I would have never gone through with this. Thankfully I only had the misfortune of spending ~5 minutes speaking with him but all for the best. Connor, Akeem, and Frank are all great people to work with!
Called them about a R4P, a girl said it’s available. Asked about price, she said $44,307. I drove 3 hours both ways and the saleman told me there will be $15k mark up. I bought a car from them a few years ago and it went great. I thought they are one of the good dealers but turn out I’m wrong. Stay away from these greedy crocks. No wonder the girl on the phone never gave me her name when I asked.
GMC service center is a joke. Try to make appointment and they say they are too busy to see when the first available appointment is. Then they have my truck all day and never call me back for update. Call following morning same reply says she will call me back. Wait a hour and once again no call back. So I drive 30 minut3w to dealership to get my truck imnco.plete. start away
Poor customer service. Don't expect an email or call back right away... Left me waiting for days to the tell me the vehicle is no longer available. Going elsewhere.
