10/10 service, they start off with texting you a detailed video review of your car and specific explanation of issues. I worked with Bianca who took the time to double check all the needed services and find me some savings. They were great about being realistic with what needed to be done now, what can wait, & what I can do myself to save some money. All products were in stock so it was about a 24-36 hour turnaround for a significant amount of work. Exceptional experience and I will be coming back.
I had the most amazing experience at Schaller and recommend them wholeheartedly. I am a young woman and, as this was my first time purchasing a car, I put a lot of research into my options. Before coming to Schaller, I visited a different dealership for another car manufacturer that made me feel uncomfortable, infantilized, and unheard. I had the complete opposite experience with Schaller. Dan in Sales treated me with the utmost respect. He walked me through everything from start to finish. He answered every single one of my many questions with kindness, patience, and expertise. He, Dustin in Finance, and everyone else with whom I interacted made me feel listened to and valued as a customer. Before my appointment, I had never considered going with a Subaru. I am now a total convert — I LOVE my Crosstrek. I can’t wait to continue to go to Schaller for all of my car needs. I recommend them without reservation. TLDR - great people, great service, great experience. I am so happy I went with them.
I recently purchased my second Subaru from Schaller. Dustin was great to work with--if you are going in, ask for him! He did a great job and spent lots of time going over everything. Lisa in finance is terrific and everyone there is just really friendly and helpful and you don't feel like you are pressured to do anything you're not comfortable with. Prior to buying my second car, I brought my Forester in for service only to find it was a lost cause and needed a lot of work. Jose, the service manager, was super helpful in explaining everything, what my options were, and his recommendations. Highly recommend this dealership they are all very respectful and super nice.
If you need a vehicle I recommend going to Schaller. Ask for Mike Coia. I just purchased a Subaru and the experience was no pressure and everything went well. Mike will take care of you. Lisa in finance was also great. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!
Mike Coia helped me purchase my car in 2019 and was totally a pleasure to work with! He was beyond helpful, patient and has a great sense of humor. My mom and I still talk about how much fun we had working with him. He went above and beyond to assist me with my car - even weeks later when I realized I couldn't find the key for the wheel locks and came in after service hours, Mike was out in the parking lot changing the locks himself. He continues to check in with me even now, 2 years later.
I'm not a car guy, but I am a Subaru guy. Replaced a headlight bulb in my 2016 Outback, and nothing came back on. Drove around this way for longer than I care to think about, fearing what the job might cost me. Pulled in to the service center at Schaller Subaru in desperation, and sort of begged for help. They were very busy, but they saw I was a desperate man, so not only did they stop to help me, but they fixed it for me on the spot wasn't a big deal in the end, merely a blown fuse. Didn't even charge me and sent me on my merry way. Can you say CUSTOMER SERVICE? I was blown away at the kindness of the mechanics and the staff who assisted me. THANK YOU Jose and Jamil and Xylina, you were amazing. You have gained a loyal customer for life. I will always know where to take my Subaru in the future if it ever needs service. Gracías!
Fantastic service, great sales team and management team. Great selection of vehicles at aggressive prices! The waiting room is spacious and comfortable and they provide snacks and bottled water while you wait. Jerry, our sales rep, and Marc, the sales manager were extremely accommodating and friendly. We test drove the Subaru Forester and loved the way it handled and loved the giant sunroof. We were initially thinking about doing a Honda CR-V so Jerry got one of their other locations to drive over a CR-V so we could make sure we liked the Forester the best we did! I highly recommend Schaller Subaru especially Jerry!
Salesman Luis was friendly and helpful but his sales manager was rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t budge on price at all which is understandable with the market currently, but he walked away mid sentence when trying to negotiate. Very rude
My wife and I were looking for an Outback all over the state and Schaller had the most options. We met up with Ray Colello and he helped us find an Outback that my wife loved, and gave us a great trade info our old SUV. Ray went above and beyond to take care of us and make the experience fun. My wife cant wait to come back. Thanks, Ray!
Did not like my visit at all. I was told initially that my car will take 4 hours to get the work done and I will be taking a loaner car. I was called on either Saturday or Friday to verify that I was coming for my appt on Monday at 9:45am as well as them reminding me that I'll be getting a loaner for the day. Monday comes and I'm told there are no loaners, well actually they have one but its on hold for the customer at noon, obviously I wasn't going to get back by then.since my service was for 4 hours so I my husband and I get shuttled home. 4pm I call to find out the estimated time my car will be done since its 6hrs.... just to find out they have not worked on it yet. I was told " it doesn't take long, just 30mins for the recall and 30 mins for the mileage service" I was very upset to hear that since I could've just dropped off my car at 4pm or taken the loaner earlier that day and would've brought it back in the time it should've been done. Oh and after I got my car, I had the dash number, window sticker wrapper, old sticker and floor paper mat in my car still. I have never had to deal with that at Bertera. This is my first time there, I usually go to Bertera, but since I moved Schaller was closer. I would rather drive to Bertera to get much better service. Extremely disappointed. On top of all that is my car is making noise so now I have to go to Bertera so they can fix this issue. I left there with more problems than I started with.
