I have never experienced such great customer service than my recent visit at papas dodge service department. I walked in upset because my vehicle had a problem and I was late for work. Jordan made our experience an unforgettable one. His attitude, compassion and social skills changed my mood instantaneously. I was out the door and off to work in a loaner vehicle within minutes. He even called to follow up a couple hours after and before leaving for the day. Thanks papas dodge and thank you Jordan for a wonderful experience!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Papa's and the service I received was nothing great. Starting from the sales team, Przemek was very helpful throughout the entire buying process. Unfortunately the car had to be serviced however, this was taken care of immediately with no hassle.  The service team was also great. I was taken in very promptly and given a loaner vehicle. The entire process was smooth and painless. I would recommend Papa's highly and will return again.

This is the second Jeep we have purchased from Papa’s Dodge and both times we used Gary Cwickla. We will never go anywhere else and as long as Gary is there, we will continue to come back. Gary provides you with the best customer experience, no nonsense, and he truly cares about his customers. He took his time with us and made us feel like we are most important to give us exactly what we were looking for. I cannot say enough great things about our car buying experience with Gary. Thanks again for our beautiful vehicle and a great experience!

I would highly recommend this dealer for a used car purchase. I was looking for a good used truck and saw one advertised. Went and met Jimmie Fuska. The truck was just what I wanted. The Car Fax report told me everything I needed to know. The buying process was simple and straightforward. I hate the usual dealer dance and here it was so easy. Jimmie was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The deal was done ,a few things needed to be taken care of and they followed through. Came into dealership and quickly met Garry.  He was very informative and extremely helpful.  He helped guide me to the car that met my needs and within a few hours i drove away with a new vehicle.
This was a painless car buying experience.
