After dealing with an awful experience at the Mays Landing location on 3/30, I've decided to give Sprint one more chance. I had went into the 1760 Market Street store on 3/31 and received excellent service from Joseph C. from beginning to the end of my transaction. As a customer of 19 years, the Mays Landing location really blew me away with horrid service and really wanted to not deal with Sprint ever again. Luckily, Joseph C. and other staff, including the manager were all delightful to work with while getting my upgrade. Thank you!!!

My experience was great. I dealt with josh and Taylor. Taylor was super friendly and josh was super knowledgeable about my contract and everything I was signing off on. Would definitely recommend!

Great store, the best service I have ever recieved! Was helped by Sydney, she was very pleasant to work with and more then willing to take her time and explain the contract to me and answer any questions  in which I had. All of this with a busy store! Best store I have been to and wouldn't want to go to any other sprint location!
