This location always has the most unprofessional sales associates the are very young very rude, I avoid this location like the plague.

Very rude employees. The girl helping me left in the middle of helping me to call a pizza place for her lunch order.  Like come on, you can't wait until you're done helping me to call?  RUDE

T-Mobile usually has great customer service. I think they still do, just not at this store. The employees at this store seemed like they could hardly keep their eyes open, let alone be bothered to help me with my phone. Will not go back here....I guess that was the employee's goal though.

Ignorance personified. The most unprofessional service I've received outside of fast food, gas stations and grocery stores. Avoid at all costs, there are 2 other T-Mobile corporate stores within walking distance!
