I've been here twice now and have been very please with the service.  They will, with some services, put in a full inspection and give you a list of everything that needs doing.  I haven't felt that any charges were a surprise and prices are reasonable.  As a plus to them, we had to have my son's new-used Miata towed there yesterday due to an oil filter being epoxied (or so it seemed) on and having broken an adjustable filter wrench and my husband's wrists (or so he exaggerated) on trying to work it loose.  Around 4:40 my son started getting really nervous that he wouldn't have his new baby over the weekend for a car event he was to attend this morning.  So he called and a gentleman, who I believe is an owner, started overtime to finish it up and get it back to him.  It was very kind and we appreciated it!

The staff was very personable and seemed knowledgeable. The service was great and they got my car back on the road quickly. I really enjoyed the service report that they sent to my email which detailed what was done and other components that need attention. The report came with pictures of each section of the car that needed servicing.

Sterling has a new report where they show you photos of work done and recommend work. It is very comprehensive and as a busy single woman I appreciate this added feature. Trust. That's the word that comes to mind when I think of Sterling Auto

I appreciated the time they took to explain everything to me (several times) and the images provided for my review.  Proof in the pictures of what the technician was seeing that I otherwise would've had no clue about.  Their schedule was very workable with mine. Thank you for the great service!

I called all the possible auto service shops within a 30 mile radius for a quote regarding a needed required service.  Shocked isn't the word:  I came to discover that every single one of them, except for Sterling, provided an estimate of cost - a lot less, based NOT on the full service I needed but on less than what the job required - obviously to get my business. And NOT one of them addressed the issue when questioned.  Not only did I get an education from Sterling regarding my service, but rec'd SUPERB service.  Thank you everyone at Sterling.  You run a top notch shop!!
