Update: Had to take my vehicle in a week later because my mechanical issues remained after taking it in for the initial fix. Tom and the crew took care of everything, like the best shops do, and I am very satisfied. They can't be perfect, but they can and do offer amazing customer service. Less than 1 day turn time again.

Original review:  Wasn't happy about paying $290 for a new water pump, but among professional mechanic shops, this is about as cheap as it gets. They turned my vehicle from end of day analysis to an actual completed fix within 16 hours. I couldn't imagine anything better. I drive older cars because I know cars aren't an investment, so am personally frusterated by the cost, but again, couldn't expect any better price from a pro shop. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this place. I am a RN. I have dealt with some great mechanics, good mechanics, and some sleezy ones too. These guys truly stand behind their work and are honest fair and trustworthy. They are my go-to for all of my vehicles now, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone needing service of their vehicle. If only, they did alignments too, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was neither paid, encouraged, nor requested to make this recommendation, and I stand by my word too.

I recommend Scotty's to all my family and friends. Excellent mechanics. I've only used them once but it was enough for me to be a repeat customer.
