Dr. Talmadge is a psychologist, licensed in Washington, who works
with children, adolescents, and families. He conducts psychological evaluations for various purposes including identification of:
gifted/talented
learning disabilities
developmental delays
high functioning autism
attention deficits
emotional and behavioral disorders
He also performas independent evaluations for special education, at risk assess-
ments, and consults with/assists family and school systems in designing effective
interventions. Dr. Talmadge is recognized as an expert witness in superior courts
and in the 9th circuit. He has conducted numerous custody/parenting evaluations.
He selectively engages in individual/family therapy.
