I have been in myself and had great service. BUT, today I called trying to schedule an appointment for my wife. I asked if they took Medicaid, and the receptionist said yes for the Idaho Smiles if we had that Medicaid. We do. My wife is on it. So I told her that we were covered, and she kept berrading me with questions in an extremely rude/snobbish tone of voice. After she "accepted" that my wife would be covered by the Medicaid, I asked if we could schedule an appointment for this week, and she made this huge, "NOOO, we don't have anything that close!" As if I were stupid for asking. She said the earliest was November 14th at noon. I said, okay, can we schedule it for that day? She said smugly, sure. And asked for my wife's information. Phone. Birthdate. Full name. And then she asked if my wife was pregnant. Seriously? I said no. And she literally asked, "Then has she had her baby?" This was all in an extremely RUDE tone. I said, yeah. She did have her baby. Then she asked when our baby was born. Seriously? Is this not violation of her work code? I told her the date and she flipped, yelling at me: " SIX WEEKS. REALLY? SHE HAD HER BABY SIX WEEKS AGO AND YOU SAY SHE'S COVERED? SHE ISNT ALLOWED TO STAY ON THAT MEDICAID FOR 6 WEEKS OR MORE." I then told her for the fourth time the same thing that wasn't getting through her dense pride and belief of this knowledge she thought she held. I told her, We are covered, I called yesterday and they told us we are covered for dental still through the end of November. And she repeated inna rude tone, "NO. THERE'S NO WAY SHE IS COVERED." I said this to her, "I don't know what you're thinking right now telling me she's not covered, when we called Medicaid yesterday and asked them if we were covered, and they said yes. And again, she said, "You can't be covered." So I said, "She IS covered, like I have told you already, but if you're going to be a dick about it, then we'll go somewhere else." And she said, "Good, you go somewhere else and have a nice day."

Wonderful dentist. The office staff was helpful and friendly. It was good experience.

I love Stoker Family Dental. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town. The hygienists are professional and friendly and Dr. Stoker is great!
