If you don’t mind paying a premium this place is awesome. They have a rather large selection of effortless meals and an absolutely amazing excelsior selection of barbecue and deli products. The take away ready prepared products are absolutely fantastic, massive flavor, it is not just having boring or store bought marinade tossed on something and call it a day, no these are clearly handcrafted recipes and they are fantastic.
Great selection of quality meats. Staff is very knowledgeable about cuts and everything. Prices are high,but way better quality than any grocery store chain so the price is worth it. The wet aged ribeye is what we tried and I ya so tender. The Mac and cheese sausage is amazing. Will definitely be back
I can say that I have not been disappointed with anything I have tried at Stone Cold Meats but the 44 Farms Ribeyes we got there for Christmas dinner were amazing. They were tender and had the perfect amount of marbling. This place is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful for some of us who don't know that much about all of the different meat cuts. Try the hamburgers and the sausages as well!
Stopped in today since I have always passed by it and was so impressed! This will be our go to place for all meats moving forward. The man working on the meat section was so helpful and kind too, missed his name unfortunately but he was from New Orleans!
Friendly, helpful, clean... gotta have that first. Small selection of random products seasonings, sauces, drinks, cheese, etc are all great products from what I have tried. Really nice selection of meats from sausage, half prepared items like bacon-wrapped things, stuffed chicken breasts, etc, large cuts briskets, ribs and steaks. Everything we have had are all great quality. They've got some uncommon cuts and high grades you will never see at a chain store. Selection varies so there is always new stuff to check out. A favorite stop for sure.
Was looking for a good deli place to pick up a sandwich and came across stone cold meats. This place is legit..too many options to choose from.. martin showed me around as soon as i walked in and Steven was behind the counter and couldn't have been a bigger help.. picked up some boudin stuffed chop and scotch filet for my first trip in but I'll definitely be back soon..
Love a great local butcher and meat market! The meats are fresh and available almost anyway you want. Custom, house packed sausage is awesome. The gravy sausage is incredible. Filets we’re super tasty and tender. Need a fresh Tomahawk, then this is your place.
Absolutely incredible people and incredible service. Oh, and incredible meat too, of course! Amazing selection of steaks, pork, chicken, and a freezer of exotics too. Butchers know everything about every cut. They were able to answer every question. There's stuffed chicken breasts and pork chops for a quick lunch, or top quality beef for a fancy steak dinner. So many options! They even have a deli if you want a sandwich, what's not to love? THANK YOU Stone Cold Meats for moving into Cypress - we love and appreciate you and can't wait to see what the future has!
Stone Cold Meats of Cypress is the best! Top quality and even locally sourced meat. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they always have such great suggestions for ways to cook different cuts. We are weekly visitors and have been for over a year. Love these guys! PS don’t miss their offerings for the holidays, can’t be beat!
After having looked for a independent butcher for years, I finally found one! Quality of the beef is excellent and the specialty stuffed chicken and poultry is awesome! And we love the fajitas! This place is a true butcher shop with excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Hint- go during the week, Saturdays are so busy there is a line out the door
