We ordered on the app and came in store to pick up. These were the Parmesan bites and pizza we received. The pizza was LOADED with so many toppings it couldn’t even be picked up. The pizza also wasn’t cooked all the way- the cheese wasn’t entirely melted and the crust was pure dough. We are tired of having our money stolen with no refund so we won’t be ordering or picking up from this location again.
The last two times I have ordered, the pizza has taken over an hour, has been cold and burnt. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to talk to. We order once a week, but today was the last time.
I came in to pickup a prepaid order. The woman was finishing up an order in the kitchen. She saw me and I told her my order is ready and on the shelf. Can she please just hand it to me? She said no and to wait. Then she started to make another order. very rude and poor customer service. Avoid this location.
Over the long term, this place hasn’t been amazing better overall than other local pizza options except mod. Food and price consistently good, but usually the waits aren’t accurate, and we end up waiting for a while inside for our order or even to be greeted. But, I must say, our most recent experience was top-tier. We used an online coupon, pizza was ready on time, we were greeted right away upon arrival, the place was very tidy, and someone brought us our order right away. Food was good as always for us. In a time where competition has been going downhill, this could be a sign of a dominos ascendency, and this will definitely be our go to for our next pizza night.
My wife ordered an online order for delivery however the app put it at the wrong store. The manager Robert called to tell my wife that his drivers would not be willing to make the extra 10 minute drive to our house. My wife then asked if any driver would be willing to make the drive since the app doesn't allow you to choose your store for delivery and Robert started yelling at my wife and said "I don't like your tone with me" and then hung up the phone before she could confirm the order was canceled. She called back to confirm and Robert the manager answered again. She asked if the order was canceled, he yelled at her again, and hung up. I called a third time and spoke with a very nice assistant manager who told me that Robert the general manager was out on a delivery. He said he could assist me with my issue with how a general manager treated a customer. I explained the situation and how my wife got upset, rightfully so, by the sheer level of disrespect shown by a general manager. All of a sudden Robert grabbed the phone from the helpful assistant manager and told me we were harassing his store. I attempted to explain how disrespected we felt as customers just trying to simply order pizza. He completely talked over me, berated me and then yelled something I couldn't understand because his voice was trembling so much from dealing with a customer calling for answers as to why he was so rude. He then hung up. I don't know what it takes to become a "general manager" at Dominos but common courtesy and the ability to deal with the slightest conflict are apparently not apart of the position. Needless to say, we are a Papa John's family now.
Man idk what these negative reviews are talking about, this place is fine. I ordered delivery from them at 5:01 and got it to my door right at 5:30 and it was still plenty hot. Then another day I ordered pickup and it was done in like 15 minutes. Also hot. Both times it was delicious. I mean obviously it’s not gonna compete with Brick Oven pizza nor should it, but as far as dominos go this location is one of the better ones.
Placed order online, only half of order was delivered. With their new "drop and run" delivery method, couldn't even speak to the driver. went to do the delivery assurance guarantee only, but couldn't because they left the order in the "quality check" queue and you can't file a claim or leave them a review unless they show the order delivered. Called and after holding forever the guy said he would "tell his manager". I'm not holding my breath we will ever get the remaining order. The breaded wings get very soggy when they put them in their box, especially if they are tossed in sauce. They were absolutely terrible! Totally not worth the $63!
The workers at this location DO NOT read tickets, orders lately have been completely wrong. I use to order regularly, will be swapping to a different pizza place. Order was wrong twice consecutively. 1st time the gave me a credit for a 2 topping medium, and I let it go stuff happens. 2nd time I can't get anyone one the phone and dominos corprate won't help resolve the issue either.
The last 3 times I ordered from domino's it was over an hour, sometimes 2 hour wait. Then the pizza was wrong and cold. I can't be the only one. Save your money for better delicious, pizza that's always right and on time. Too many excuses, not enough progress.
THE WORST Domino’s Pizza mind you I live a mile from them and the pizza is ALWAYS COLD AND DRY like it’s been sitting there not to mention the toppings you can count them that’s how less they add especially the chicken about 6 pieces and cheese to cover then you call them they take the info telling you they put a free pizza for next time weeks go by you feel like eating pizza call to order just to have that person say we have NO record of a free pizza smh well guess what DOMINOS you’re NOT the only pizza joint just closer but today was my last day ordering especially this Cypress location. News flash your pizza ain’t that good remember that. Spend your money else where you are NOT getting what you paid for. Totally waste of money.
