Remodeled within last few years. Great to bar hop. Movie theater is right there and some great restaurants. This is a must for when you're in Memphis.

My boyfriend and I worked with Crystal when we were in search of a town home to rent. She was and is extremely attentive - keeping in touch with us every step along the way, and very quick to respond to any and all emergencies/comments/questions/concerns we’ve had. Any time we’ve needed to submit a work order, both Stones River and Crystal have contacted us within 24 hours and arranged to have someone come check out and take care of our issues. Very glad to have found this agency, we will absolutely recommend Crystal and Stones River Property Management and use them again in the future!

My experience with renting a property with Stonesriver was stress free and the service was exceptional. Mr Todd was awesome!!! I looked at the the property February 13 2018 fillled all the necessary paper work and  made the necessary deposits and I was given the keys February 16 2018. Will definitely recommend Mr Todd!!! Thank you!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give this review negative stars, I most definitely would. I’ve never witnessed such poor disorganization and bad management from an apartment complex. No return calls, or any kind of acknowledgment at all. Absolutely ridiculous.
