CONVENIENCE:
24 hour access very important to me. Hard to find facilities with this feature anywhere. 24 hour access much more important than just 24 hour security.

FACILITIES: EXCELLENT
Unit dimensions are true to form:
5x10 unit is actually 5' x 10'! Rented from another facility once and 5' was actually shorter than 5' and 10' was actually shorter than 10''. This made it impossible to put in all the custom length shelves I planned for it.

24 hour restroom also a big plus, and facilities are always in good condition.

Clean, and well run.  Very professional place, and always a pleasure to work with.  We have had a need to stop by in the middle of the night, and to run and get space heaters when the furnace failed in the wee hours of the morning. The 24 hour access came in really handy.
