Did not have chicken tenders and did not offer to cook any, the parfait did not contain strawberries and the tea in the lobby was like sweet water. Store was very nasty and it was a lot of noisy, playful teenagers working. 
We were asked about dining in but it was still brown bagged.

It is wonderful in this world of technology to actually get a live person.  Each time I've had to contact the office, I never had a long extended wait, or keep hearing a recorded message.  I have been late a few times, and I was always able to make arrangements in order to keep my unit.  I've been with you guys for at least 10 years.

Being in Customer Service for 30+years, believe me I know GOOD customer service.  I am very pleased with your company.
