I'm currently renting a unit at this location. I'm just not happy with the service believe me the two star are because of Connie, I consider myself an up front person I put everything on the table in front of you so you can decide to deal with me and my situation. I respect people who are honest. I'm not sure if those cameras in the front office record sound but I asked the clerk who signed me up was the 80 something the only thing coming out of my account and she told me yes. The following month I was charged $122 and some change. I spoke with Connie who is always nice over the phone (never met her in person) and asked her what was going on she told me I was being charged a late fee because my card did not go through the first time, taxes and a ten dollar insurance fee. I told her when I got the storage I asked how much I'll be charged each month total and I was told 80 something. She simply replied (not in a mean way) it is in your agreement. I couldn't debate because I didn't read he agreement. I was so happy to have all my stuff in one place again I didn't think. So today (3/1/2016) I received an email saying hey we're happy to have you by the way your rent is going up ten dollars. I asked why the response said something like yeah we can't avoid this if you bring in proof insurance we can take ten dollars off. I did not ask about insurance I asked why is the storage fee going up. Still no answer. Ripping off people who don't have it is no way to live smh.....
