Horrible Service. Christina is ignorant and doesn't know ANYTHING about customer service. When asked about wadrobe boxes she sold me, she didn't understand the difference between a 24 in and an 18 inch box. When l told her she had given me the wrong size she said, this is the size they gave me. I said it doesn't fit. She said l don't know what to tell you. I said you don't know? I said we are at an impass, the bars don't fit. She said l don't know. Another young man from another store came in and told her that I had the wrong size for the boxes that I have and that the size that I needed was 18 inches. He suggested she call another store and see if they had what I needed. I explained to her that telling the customer I don't know was not appropriate becausebshe wss the one to sell me merchandise. She she said I have the right to say I don't know if I don't know and if I don't know I just don't know. By then there was a screaming match you can view the rest on video but this is a highly unprofessional environment. I spent several hundred dollars here and she is giving all of UHAUL a bad name. My Hope was restored when I went to the store on Tara Boulevard and met with Ramsey. He told me they recieve complaint all the time about her. He assured me that everything would be okay and I ended up renting a $1,500 truck from U-Haul because of the service from another store. Please do something about this store, this young lady and these people because it's giving Uhaul a bad name.

My experience was horrible today. Christina MAc Auther is bad for the business. She was very rude to myself and my family as well as the next customer. The process of storage was not explained properly by an employee so the Manager came outside to our vehicle as we were leaving the facility and began to argue with my sister and threatened to mess up my sister credit. My sister and I proceeded back inside and I tried to explain to MS Mac Auther that her employee did not communicate properly and she began to belittle me so I returned the favor. The next customers in line she was rude to them as well and then hit the store panic button after she was provoking the customers and threatening them with police. The police explained to her that was a false alarm to the hit the panic button. I am concerned about employees that has to work along side her; because of her threatening demeanor it could have caused a physical altercation at the location. Thank God cool heads prevailed. The General Manager Mr. Ethridge could not control her or the situation. The Regional Manager has well as Mr Stovall has been contacted. Please review the tapes for 12 June 2017 between 10am and 12:15 pm and let us know if this in line with the excellent reputation Uhaul has had over the years of service.
