I GAVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST 1 IN ORDER TO LEAVE A REVIEW. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS DO NOT GET YOUR STORAGE HERE. I CALLED TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS ABLE TO PAY AND GET MY STORAGE OUT. I WAS not told that I had to schedule an appointment to get their locksmith to break the lock. They only told me it would be $50 bucks and if I didn't cut it through them I'd be charged for any damages. I scheduled an appoinment for Friday but could not take off work. I called and rescheduled for Tuesday which was the last day that I had in writing for the total amount and a side note for the lock to be cut. I came Tuesday and there was no record of me rescheduling and they said they don't cut locks anymore. I CALLED a locksmith and was quoted for double the price uhaul said they would charge. They have two assistant managers and a gm and none are in today nor are they able to call, swing by, or did anything to help me with the inconvenience. I had two men and two trucks that are now unavailable and I've been on the phone with cooperate for an hour plus on and off just for them to keep saying a manager has to be here.  But today is the last day and there is no manager here and I did my part with scheduling and getting things in writing just to still be stuck and have my things auctioned.

I been disappointed and screwed over by this location on multiple occasions. The line is always ridiculously long, even if you do any kind of early check in, it doesn’t make any kind of difference in your wait time like they claim. On my last visit, my order was processed incorrectly over the phone where they gave me a truck that I, apparently, couldn’t return to another location. When I got to this location, they told me the price was $60 more than I was quoted and gave me a 26’ truck instead of 17’ which forced me to buy tie down rope which I was never given a receipt for. My movers managed to position things so I didn’t have to use the rope and when I tried to return it unused, I was refused a refund not having the receipt. Service here is terrible. The location I dropped the truck off at was the complete opposite in terms of service. So I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Wait time is to long,and it's hot inside storage area. You'll pass out while putting your stuff in the unit. But other than that great employees

It was very pleasant. The employees were very nice and attentive. The place is clean and organized. I will go back again.
