I was really surprised by the staff. They were awesome to work with. They provided me with a unit that was much larger than I thought anyone had, and they are reasonably priced. A great combination. Highly recommend StorQuest if you need storage.

When i initially rented my space here i was extremely impressed with the service offered by Martin. He was polite, very professional, attentive and thorough. The grounds were very clean Ns i always felt safe entering at anytime.
Presently, that is not the case. When i pull into the facility trash, clothes, boxes, bikes ans shopping carts literally cover the street blocking entry to the driveway. A he/she transient lives in front of the facility on keswick and Alabama and digs in the trash daily collecting odds and ends. The vehicle, a maroon van is stuffed with garbage and bikes strapped on top. One evening m daughter was waiting for me to run in and grab something  and the person approached asking for a jump start. My daughter refused to open the window and the person persosted until my daughter was in tears.  The persons physical appearance is frightening, and exhibites no regard for the other tenants. He leaves shopping carts in the driceway blocking access inside the gate ams i have had to get out of my car on several occasions and move it myself. However, that is minor to the amount of trash the tenant leaves littering the street. I went to the office and asked what was going on with the trash situation and the gentleman at the desk laughed and shrugged his shoulders and said “I dont know”.
I would appreciate if someone can actually address the problem as it is unsightly to say the least but when my minor child is approached and harassed i draw the line it is no laughing matter! I will forward pictures for your reference and review.

Staff were exceptional in guiding through the whole ordeal. Danilo is the best, clear explaination, agreeable, transparent in what he said. No hesitation in choosing this storage facility.

Martin provided exceptional customer service which far exceeded my expectations! He called and followed up with me after I made a reservation and showed me multiple units until I found what I needed! Above all I had a payment error with my bank and he waited patiently and even assisted past business hours. 
The company's digital system and software which creates the lease is user friendly and fast! This is a great place to store ur belongings!

Martin was fantastic and made the entire process quick and easy. He was also great in helping me select the correct size unit for my needs. Highly recommended.
