Very smooth and positive experience. a crew of 4 people very friendly and professional arrived on the day of my move. there was no miscommunication about anything and everything went well as promised. I was very impressed. the only thing I had to pay more was the stairs. the Elevator wasn't working and they had 8 flight of stairs to work with... poor guys. the movers worked on a discount  for me and I was happy to pay for their hard work.

Had a great experience with USAAA, especially with the assistance of Sandy.
I moved last month from L.A to NYC and the move was conducted very smoothly and on time within a week as initially agreed with them. 
The price was competitive, and they didn't try to over charge me the way i hear a lot of companies do.
Defiantly recommending to use their services if you need a moving company.

I hired triple A to do my move two weeks ago and I am happy to say they were very professional. 
ANNA was the one who set everything for me and promised to send the best crew they have .
The price was fair, definitely not The cheapest I could find but for me I just wanted no stress on the day of my move. 
The crew who picked up my stuff deliver it to .
California 
I received my stuff 4 days ago as promised

what an amazing experience. Probably the best moving experience I ever had. I moved from NY  to CA . I called multiple moving companies and US AAA seemed to be the most friendly and accommodating. They worked  with my funky schedule and took all the stress of me. When they showed up I was a ball of stress and emotion between moving in a few hours and trying to make it to work on time,  I was freaking out a bit.  They were very professional and nice . the price stayed the same as promised and i got $20.00 Starbucks gift card as well .

The move went smoothly . I contracted them through google page and was very happy with their service from the beginning to the end . My sales representative was Anna.she explained everything and was not pushy like the rest of the sales people I was in touch with before I scheduled my move . On the day of the move Richard and Deema arrived as expected with another two helpers and managed to pack and load my stuff in one day . They were very professional. Highly recommended
