Nothing was broken, they wrapped all the furniture and made sure all items were moved safely. The services were also very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend State to State Transportation to friends and family for any move!

State to State made my move an absolute horror. I really wish I had rented my own truck and driven it from Orange County, CA to Seattle, WA myself. As soon as they had my non refundable deposit they became impossible to get a whole of. Bellow I will include and email I sent to them (which was never acknowledged) that details my experience with pick up, and pleads with them to be more communicative and professional at delivery. My original quote was for $1300. When they came to pick  it up that turned into $2300 (not including my uhaul), and they refused to deliver anything to my home based on “instinct”. 2 days after they refused to deliver my items without a $500 shuttle fee there was an 18 wheeler with an oversized load parked outside of my apartment. My furniture was all damaged, and I am dreading the process I will have to go through to file a claim for that damage. My boxes were all destroyed, mostly because they were laid on their side, upside down, any way they could wedge them in. My desk was broken right in front of me, when someone shoved it in the parking lot and I was then told it broke because the heat had melted the adhesive. I WATCHED it break! Other items were clearly dragged. My boyfriend and I had to meet in a parking lot in another city with a uhaul and had to move everything in ourselves. 
Please, please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I hadn’t. They made everything so much worse than it should have been or needed to be. I do not have one redeeming thing to say about them. I was also forced to sign paperwork and hand over a postal money order before they would even open the door to the truck to let me see my things. Unfortuatly I cannot post the rest of my review due to character limits, but I was lied to at the time of sale, promised reasonable things that never happened, deliberately under quoted SQ footage. No one ever called to schedule my pick up, they didn’t come until 11:30pm (yes at night) of the second day. Everything about this was awful.

We had 4 lads on the case to move house contents from a 3 bed terrace to a 2 bed flat and this was achieved successfully with a friendly service and all goods kept in same condition as before move.

They accepted our request at last minute and were very professional and respectful of our belongings. The move went smoothly and took less time than they had originally quoted.
