Love Stowe Gems! I too have traveled all over Europe, and the United States as I am retired Air Force and I too always turn to Stowe Gems. Their jewelry is original and unlike anything you can find in the big city jewelry stores. I visit every time I go to Stowe! Love this place!

Their jewelry is definitely unique! My husband bought me a bracelet there 15 years ago and there isn't a week that goes by when someone comments on it!

I love Stowe Gems. I've purchased jewelry from many places around the USA and in my many travels throughout Europe, but I've always returned to Stowe Gems. Their artistry is superb and prices are affordable. They offer jewelry ranging in price from $40-$50 up to in the $1000's. If you can't find what your looking for, they'll make it for you. They listen to you, and give you as much or as little help as you want. I now live in Florida and still get my jewelry from them; online or by calling. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH.

I have had nothing but poor experiences at Stowe Gems. They have been extremely rude to me every time I have gone in to the store. My two experiences were to get a watch sized only to be told rudely that they would not do it it was too complicated and to have some bracelets re strung. The second time I went in (for the bracelets) I could tell that the woman did not want to help me. It was almost like she was annoyed that I was even asking her such a stupid question. It was almost as though I were asking her to do ME a favor and not PAY for the service. Instead of just saying we don't do that here and suggesting somewhere else that I might try or simply saying no. She was extremely rude to me and told me the reason she would not do it was because I would not like the way she would do it. But she acted like she didn't have time for me and blew me off. I ended up going back to ask her why she treated me so poorly and she gave me even more defensive snobby attitude. She even told me that she didn't want to do it that is why she acted that way! I am in sales and I have never ever treated a customer the way I was treated today. I am a local to Stowe and I tried to give them my business two different times giving them the benefit of the doubt but I can do so no longer. If you want any customer service whatsoever, please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! We have some friends who purchased an engagement ring there and they were happy so there must be some good that comes out of that store but I have nothing good to say myself.

I had my fiance's wedding band made at this shop. The staff was helpful, the work was beautifully done. They had it ready and shipped on time. It was a pleasure working with them.
