This natural hair saloon treats you like a celebrity. The staff is super friendly aways on time and listen to your needs and wants. The facility is clean and central located. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

As I am reading these reviews, I concur completely. I went to them a couple of years ago and the lady in the first chair closer to the door on the right with twins, was very rude. She was constantly late for my appointments, but the very first time I was behind schedule she canceled my appointment without hesitation. The problem is: this place is great for natural hair and locs, but the standard of professionalism needs to be work adjusted.

I went to this shop in the first week of October for a consultation. I was asked several questions about how natural my hair was, which is expected. I was then asked if I had curly hair or something. In my mind nautrual is natural no matter how soft or curly the texture is. Non the less I smiled, I was then told that her cell phone was left home so she couldn't make an appointment for me, the stylist then asked her co-workers if any of them had any openings. Out of the five women the one said I am booked until November 3rd, the other two on the right never turned around or responded. The stylist then took my name and number down in what appeared to be an appointment book, however could not make an appointment w/o her phone??? On the way out she stated if one of her regulars canceled she would call, Im sure my number went in the trash when I left the shop. Talk about feeling shunned.

The staff of women in this shop are an example of how your hair salon experience should be. Appointments are scheduled and on time. The show is clean and very welcoming. Very comfortable relaxing atmosphere I would highly recommend this show.
