Story

Strong is changing the market. You will be assigned a Strong Advisor who will ensure that you are reaching your goals through our comprehensive programs and our nutritional framework. As a member of Strong, you are getting more than just a gym membership. You get a staff of fitness and nutrition experts at your disposal.

Some of our Programs:

24/7 Olympic Weightlifting Facility - Climate controlled, high grade platforms, racks, premium barbells & plates for those athletes looking to specifically train Olympic lifts or supplement with of one our other programs.

Strength - Build a foundation of strength to support everything else. This program is scalable and consists of non complex lifts. There are 4 days of programming each week to be completed as the athlete’s schedule allows during Open Gym times or in our coaching hours Tuesday 5:30am – 7am and Wednesday 5pm – 6:30pm. This time is ran as a training session where athletes are encouraged to work with training partners to accomplish the work together under the coach’s supervision.

Fitness - We’re making fit fun! This program is for those individuals looking to tone up or change up the same ole boring routine. Heart rate monitors will be used to ensure you are reaching your intensity goals during each workout. In our newly renovated studio and with the best trainers in Dallas Fort Worth, you can choose from our functional fitness, spin, or running classes.

CrossFit - We have a proven track record to provide the best program for the beginner athlete to the most advanced. Our attention to detail in every aspect of your training will ensure that you realize all the benefits that CrossFit has to offer. L1 schedule doesn’t work for you? Don’t worry let your advisor know, and we’ll accommodate you!

Endurance - Want to run longer or faster, swim, bike or simply add an aerobic base for your sport of choice? Our program will be tailored to your goals with effective programming and coaching that is designed to test and build even the most advanced athletes.

Nutrition Consulting - Expert Coaching, Guided Mentorship, Online & In-Person Support
Since 2009, we have watched fad diets and fitness crazes come and go. But when the fads have failed, the crazes died out, and people just want something that works…they turn to us.

Gymnastics - Strong Gymnastics is a structured three day a week program that runs in 4 week cycles. This program includes weekly hands on coaching, online coaching and multiple workshops throughout the year.

Sport Specific Training - To be a truly great team all your athletes needs to possess Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Cardiovascular Endurance, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy and you are only as strong as your weakest link. Our team can train you in groups, individually, or at your location with your existing programs; leverage the expertise of trainers from a diverse background of achievements and accolades.

I frequently travel for work and make it a point to drop-in to a local box when I'm in the area. This past week, I was in Dallas and had the opportunity to experience the program at Strong. I've been to a dozen boxes all over the country and the coaching and program design were the best I've experienced. The warm-up, skill development and cool down were all tightly integrated with the WOD and the coaching was engaging and clearly illustrated the movements, cues and scaling necessary to get the desired stimulus from the workout. A lot of great things are going on at Strong and if you're ever in the area, I highly recommend dropping by. You won't regret it.

Amazing coaches, facility, and community. One of the best crossfit gyms in existence. It doesn't get better than this. If you are debating which gym to go to or whether to start crossfit, consider this your sign and sign up now! It's hard to put into words how great this place is. Truly one of the best gyms out there. I feel very lucky to be a part of this gym!

definitely 5 star experience. I was on a business trip in dallas, and stayed 2 days. Drop in for crossfit was very easy, trainers (Kim and Mary) were awesome, WODs were just right, and the crowd in the gym very friendly. I can recommend this box for everyone, from beginners to high level athletes. Thank you so much!!!

I. Love. This. Place. If you are looking to start crossfit or change boxes, come here! The coaches, facility, and people are amazing! You wont regret it. SFPC is the best of the best!
