I have been to this store 2 times and will never return.  Both times the owner was extremely unfriendly and rude.  I did make a purchase the first time giving her the benefit of the doubt.  The second time I took my grand daughter with me and got the same unfriendly and rude attitude.  We did not purchase anything and my grand daughter said although there were some things she was interested in she wouldn't purchase them there because of the negative vibes she felt from this woman.  The owner never engaged in any kind of welcoming or helpful conversation and watched every move we made which was extremely uncomfortable.  We couldn't leave fast enough and we came from a long distance.  I don't understand how someone who owns a spiritual store could have such a negative personality.

I enjoy the atmosphere in this store. Even though I read Runes and the Akashic Records for myself, I like to stop by and have readings done there. They offer a lot of different methods of readings and many different readers so you can try new things. I don't ask too many questions on product other than whether they have something or not because it's my spiritual journey and I need to find my own way. I will be lead intuitively to the information I need to know. Nice people though. If I do have a question they help guide me to my answer. Sometimes they ask questions about my practice as well. It's comforting to be in a safe place to share.

Wish I could give 0. The older woman there is so rude. My 5 year old son picked up a book to look at it and yelled at him. I should have walked out then. I will never be back.

I stop here every few months when I need supplies. The woman that runs it is not only always pleasant but very helpful and knowledgable. I am a repeat customer and will continue to go to Styx & Stonz as long as it is open. The pricing is great and the atmosphere is good. I believe people who have had bad experiences here were probably misinterpreting being allowed to shop on their own with bad customer service. I have always had great experiences here.
