The new employees are extremely slow and inefficient. There's three of them. One should be on register instead of the person on vegetable side doing register and having to change his gloves every five minutes it takes him five minutes to put vegetables on a sandwich. Overall my trip today took 20 minutes with 4 people in line. I'm going to just start leaving when I see that employee work. There is one really good employee but I don't see him much anymore. EDIT: I've seen the good employee more and the service has been more efficient.

I order regularly, I order also today when I rich for pickup some one else pick my order and I talked with them I am not told anyone to pick up my order but they don't accept it. And one of them man guy told me I am liar I told different different names for pickup I am always told my name but I am not understand why they misbehave with me I pay for two footlong but I don't eat anything due to that guy. This is them mistake they give my footlong to any other without asking name and checking.

I work here and customer service is important to me and if you've had a bad experience I'm sorry. We are working on improving and getting new staff.. Just so everyone knows our hours on here are wrong the hours of business are 9am to 9pm Mon-Friday and weekends 11am to 9pm.Thanks and We appreciate your business..Have a Blessed Day......Crystal

Mary, Diane and the rest of the team do an amazing job. I try to get a sub once a week from here and it is my go to Subway. They have always been great at making sandwiches and they interact with their customers on a very good level. My sandwiches have always come out great and I couldn't ask any more from them. Keep up the great work!

Very poor customer service. I went in at 6 pm and the guy behind the counter claimed he wouldn’t serve me because he had just gone on his break. I don’t understand how you can claim to be “open” yet refuse to serve customers. Safe to say I won’t be going back.

This location has been under new management for the past couple months and it shows! They have an entire new staff and attitude! I am happy to be able to come back to this location because I work so close by! Keep up the great work! I love Subway!!!

Terrible service, the employees are rude, look like they just got out of prison acting all ghetto and rude. You can hear cussing in the back. If you don’t want to be there then quit! We are the customers and should be treated with respect and a positive environment!

The only black female that works there is very rude, never smiles and talks with an attitude. I know the manager or owner should have read the reviews and complaints by now. Nothing has been done so that just let me know the owner is unprofessional just like her.  I will never step foot in that subway ever again. Not even for a pop. Very poor customer service.

Very quick staff who put together your sub like they care. Just a pain to find a parking spot.Food: 5/5

One and done...I recently just started working at the Oswald building and decided this location would be ideal...I looked up the hours and walked inside.. 10/11/19..before I could look at the menu the cashier snapped at me that they were trying to close down...1 Caucasian man was ringing out and another was still having his sandwhich made...All the dressings were out along with meat...normally I would argue my case but after watching the Amber Guyger case all week, I'm simply tired of begging for simple respect and basic customer service
