I will NEVER go back to this Subway! I was treated so rudely by the employee. I wore a mask and was treated as if I had a disease all over me. FYI, I have been vaccinated, and for some time now, but I continue to choose to wear one to protect a loved one that has a terminal illness that I care for. As I was leaving the employer treated the couple behind me so differently. They were NOT wearing a mask!!! She never asked them to step back as she asked me multiple times to do. Keep in mind I'm standing back with my mask worn correctly. I wasn't even for sure how she expected me to pay that far away when she asked me again to step back. Don't treat me any different because I'm wearing a mask, it doesn't mean I'm not vaccinated.
The man lady who made our sandwich yelled at us when she couldn’t hear us and snapped at our kid.. I’m also in customer service and there was no reason for us to be snapped at.. she had a terrible attitude and She was yelling at another customer to get out of “her” store simply because he was deciding on what to get and he wasn’t deciding fast enough for her.. this is the worst person I’ve ever seen work customer service and should never be doing so.. she deserves to be fired and never work customer service again. NEVER going back if i see this lady working there.
The person working at 7:30 pm on 11/9/2020 was incredibly rude to me because I ordered food half an hour before they closed. I definitely understand the frustration with customers who come in before closing, but it was 30 minutes prior and they were incredibly rude, verbally complaining about me to another customer as I was standing right there, and then very aggressively threw the pen to sign the receipt across the counter at me and told me, with explicit language, how much I had inconvenienced their evening. As someone who worked in customer service for several years, I am not condoning them for being frustrated, but the way in which they approached in and treated me was beyond unprofessional and I doubt I will be returning here.
The individual who was working this evening, had previously yelled at me the previous time I went in 'informing' me that there was a specific way the management wanted them to complete the building of salads. I decided to give it another shot tonight and I walked in and unfortunately the same mean lady was working. I said I'd like a salad. She said then you need to start over here. I said I'd like meat on it and I was met with total unprofessionalism by this woman and she literally yelled at me that I HAD to start with the veggies first. But this SAME lady yelled at me last time for adding meat at the end of the process. I walked out without even ordering tonight. I don't know what her problem is but I WILL NEVER eat at subway again. Kindest goes a long way.
Service was a 2 star. I had never been to this subway inside Walmart. When I asked if my order was ready, the male worker stared at me. When I said online, he pointed to a rack then walked away. No thanks for ordering, no thanks for stopping by, no asking if there was anything else he could do. NOTHING. I DO GIVE THE FOOD TURKEY SANDWICH, CHIPS, COOKIE A 5 STAR. The customer service not so much. 03/06/21 @ 3pm or so.
These guys were not busy and there was plenty of staff so we each had someone's undivided attention to build out Randwick
Employee first snipped at me not to tell them what kind of sandwich I wanted until after they put their gloves on, when they had asked me what kind of bread I wanted. As if I did something rude. He then started arguing in front of me with another employee anout who should replace some item in the back, he was complaining that he couldn't do because customers wouldn't stop coming I was the only person in line he said this several times as if to let me know I shouldn't have shown up when I did. Then when he asked what sandwich I wanted he made me feel like trash for saying bacon chicken ranch instead of chicken bacon ranch. Was completely antagonistic and rude in correcting me, it made me uncomfortable. Avoid this location.
I should have taken my own advise. I've already given this place a bad review once before. Once again they made my sandwich wrong. Ordered a Subway Melt and I did not get the bacon. Not a huge deal but when it happens over and over again it gets frustrating. This time I ordered online and it looks like it does pay to actually be there to watch them make it so you can correct their mistakes. Don't order online at this store
Worst customer service ever given. I don’t go into subway with much expectation at all. The worker demanded that I take off my earphones before making my sandwich. I politely told her that I can hear her but she refused to help me until I take off my earphones. She has been very rude before and I have tolerated it but this was overboard. I ended up walking out of the store.
The guy on the front named CC was way agressive. Had me waiting up on the front and then tried to blame me for "coming up to him" while his on the phone. I asked for his name three times and wasn't willing to give it to me because he said "I don't have to". I had to call the Walmart manager. This employee deserves to get removed from this place extremely toxic.
