I picked up my order, and the only thing on there was cheese, mayo, lettuce, and a minimal amount of pickles with rock hard bread. I got the veggie sandwich with a couple things added and the tomato’s and avocado spread taken off. Luckily I was refunded, but I don’t know how you could possibly mess up a simple sandwich lmao.

I've been inside twice, and got home to my sandwich being wrong. I've ordered delivery 3 times and it has been a disaster each time. The first time it was an hour after they had told me it would arrive. The 2nd time was a replacement sandwich and they didn't make it right. The owner called me and asked for another chance to make things right, so I ordered again last night, and low and behold it shows up with bread I ordered an unwich and there was just a sprinkle of lettuce. I had no choice but to just eat the insides, but I couldn't even do that because the avocado spread tasted rotten. Oh, and let's not forget how unprofessional their order takers and delivery drivers are. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. I will get my last free sandwich from them, but I'd be surprised they can come up with something to get me to return.

Waited in your drive through for 20 mins. The food is not that good. I would usually come here because it’s fast and convenient. Not anymore.

We had lunch there on this day. The one thing I can say about this location, is that it's always consistent. I always order the ultimate, and it's always been the same here. The food was good, and the the service was fast, and polite as always. I didn't give it 5 stars today due to the fact that I was told that the women's restroom needed attention.

Usually this location is great but its been going down hill over the past year or so. I ordered online and although my food was delivered fast none of the sandwhiches had any toppings. If I wanted a boring sandwhich with no lettuce, tomatoes I could of saved myself 20$ and made it at home myself.

Horrible!  Ordered a ceasar wrap and all I got was tons and tons of sauce with 1 tomato. This is frustrating when you pay ten dollars and get something this horrible. Only of I could get my money back.

I don't know why the reviews on this store are so low. I've eaten from here many times and the sandwiches are just fine. The only thing I don't care for is the lettuce as it is obviously bagged lettuce but it's the same at all sandwich shops. Their bread is good the meats are good, especially the roast beef,  they get 5 stars from me. They also have the best cookies! Individually sealed and big enough to qualify as desert.

Just picked up my sandwich and I paid extra for bacon but there is no avocado on my sandwich and it wasn't cut in half. It's pretty disappointing that a simple, one sandwich order can't be completed correctly when there are no other customers in the store. Thanks a lot.

I love that this Jimmy John's is drive thru.  I drive a bit further for this convenience.  The other great thing is the employees.  They are willing to take my phone number to add my rewards when i do not order ahead on the app.  This means I am more likely to make a last minute decision to come.  Haven't had that at other locations. Food is great no matter which JH's you go.  This time I had the new Black & Blue Roast Beef.  JJ's roast beef is top notch. No gristle or fat sections.  Just the right amount or horseradish  aioli.  I ordered mine with extra onions.  I also had their pickle,  quarter cut,  that i snacked on the rest of the afternoon. Keeps me from eating other fattening options.   I recommend JJ's and this location especially.
