They have certain cool workers . But today 12/27/2022 there going to mess my sandwich up and then I return and charge me for a new one and another thing they say they close at 9:30’but doors locked at 9:20 that’s not accurate. If it closes at 9:30 doors should lock then not at 9:20 . And there as no fresh cookies
Was waiting till open hours wich was supposed to be 8am tried going in exactly at 8 doors where still locked. Got there since 730am workers where there already they didn't seem to care that I took off somewhere else.Food: 3/5
I really liked this Subway.. I came in for lunch and was very pleased with the excellent customer service.. Polite and always smiling .. The restroom was very clean and on point.. The employees were really nice .. She helped the gentleman in front of me that had a speech disability and was very sweet and patient with him. . Great Subs too ... My new lunch spot when I come to this area...
Customer service was excellent very fast got my sub was prepared quick and fast, angel was very quick and respectful definitely would return to this location
I have always loved Subway. But today just getting one sandwich and two soups it was over $17 and then I wanted a cookie. FOR A DOLLAR I DONT WANT IT
Sad I have to agree with some of these other reviews that are nearly a year old. Every employee here has been amazing, they always make my families food great and have even called me after I placed a mobile order to let me know my chosen bread was out of stock so they could get the food done in time. Unfortunately the manager can't be held to the same high work ethic as her employees and instead of even attempting to call me, or even waiting till I arrived, decided to make changes to my wife's sandwich without even asking, or telling me. When I tried to ask about my food when picking it up I was ignored and rushed out the door. Very sad.
It was soooooooo clean! Everything was organized and bright! Priscilla had a very uplifting energy and even though they were dead in the store she still had a great and warm welcome. I’m not sure who the girl was in the back but she was working her butt off I could see her stocking and sanitizing and organizing the back office/storage area - I came in this store at 7:40pm 2.26.21 - so if any managers of this Moreno Beach location see this, these two ROCK!!
The tuna was not fresh and the manager was not very friendly. At first I was upset because they didn't give me much, but after tasting it I was glad. Also I didn't like that the manager kept trying to get us to buy more things. I said I wanted 1 sandwich but she kept asking how many more I wanted. I asked for the combo in a small but she kept trying to get me to get a larger size. My husband wanted a cookie but she wasn't satisfied until she talked him into buying 3. I will not return there.
About 12:01 as of today Mon. June 24 2019, the manager of the store has her favorite customers. Seriously the corporation needs to check the cameras and i will not be coming here again. Here is my rant: As i was in line waiting for my order to be taken, a customer comes in very friendly and i noticed they are chatting very nicely, the MANAGER literally STOPS making the sub for the customer she was attending, SKIPS me and attends the customer that had came in very quickly. Very rude; I will NOT be coming here again for their service. The other two employees were very nice and friendly but the MANAGER made my day bad. I hate it when I am being skipped.
The food was good but one for some reason I couldnt get the bread I wanted and They had it but Vanessa one of the workers told the other girl no it's not available shes taking it for herself . not very Customer Service. .I work in the food Industry and it's always been Customers first . but I guess she has her own way of customer service like her before customers. Doubt I go back to that location . close to home or not . I'll take my business else where
